    1. Obe = lucid dream.

Everything that happens during the OBE, occurs precisely within our brain. Last night at 4 in the morning I had one of those experiences. I felt like my body was rising from the horizontal to a vertical position just in front of MY bed, the room was dark but I could distinguish objects. I tried to turn on the light, but this only gave a small lighting like a spark. I did what I had not done during other episodes, which was looking at my bed to see if my body was there, but I only saw the bed. My conclusion is that during the OBE supposedly one sees what we expect to see, if you does not believe that the soul leaves the body, then you will not see your body resting on your bed. .
For People with religious beliefs that believe that the soul is independent of the body may probably have that kind of experiences but for me an obstinate materialistic these experiences are merely the product of brain activity. I went outside of my room and tried to turn on the lights, and this time they worked. I entered back and forth in that lucid dream 2 or 3 times.

    2. The hallway.

I'm walking down a long hallway. It is reddish yellow and more like a square duct terminating in a wooden door. I remembered that to enter a lucid dream one of the resources is to assume that all doors lead to lucid dreaming. I open the door to another hallway that has doors on both sides. I travel the corridor quickly and looked toward those rooms. In each one there seems to be corpses (I guess), but everything happens very quickly because I move too fast almost like flying. Semi-lucid and confusing dream.

Suddenly I find myself in a maze. To be more precise, it is a kind of bridges that are interconnected but at different levels. From those bridges I can see a sort of plateau that extends to the horizon and is blocked by a huge mountain. I try to climb from a bridge that is on the bottom to one that is at a higher level, but a series of wires do not let me move. It's then that I see that the top of the mountain explodes and a shower of stones begins to fall on adjacent buildings. I fear that at any moment one of these stones can beat me. Suddenly a huge rock the size of a building is coming straight at me and hit nearby buildings demolishing them. In these moments the dream switches to third person because I'm not in the scene, but it's like watching a movie. Everything happened quickly and I wake up with a choking sensation.
    4. Feeling my real body while dreaming

I had this weird dream 2 days ago. I was feeling uncomfortable in the position I was sleeping so I cover myself with a light sheet and turned off a fan in front of my bed. All of the sudden I felt that my body was levitating but not exactly floating. Then I felt that something push me away from the bed and I felt on the floor. I waked up and began walking towards the door of my bedroom . I knew for sure that I was dreaming and at the same time was able to feel saliva in my mouth that I was trying to swallow. I could feel the sound of the fan and the air again my face during the whole dream. I went to the living room, then to the kitchen and then to the garage. Everything looked exactly like in real life, except for that everything was foggy. I could not open the garage door so I passed through it. Outside I saw the street with a huge tree that is in from of my house but the rest was totally different . The sky was orange and there were many leaves floating in front of me. I tried to change the setting of the dream to no avail. Y wanted to go to the neighbor next door but instead I was in my hometown in Cuba. All of the sudden there was a huge storm like a tornado that began taking down and destroying everything. At that point I needed to swallow and I wake up. Usually during some of my lucid dreams I feel my real body and gradually the tactile sense is transferred to the dream body, but in this case I continue to feel my real body.
