Cities in the Astral

Long long ago I learned that the streams in these astral realms where something mysterious and special that my mind was translating into water. Through the decades this special phenomena has evolved into understandings that do not translate. Basically the ether is flowing in patterns and the only habitable places are in the eddies where there is some stability. In side these areas the ether mu"t be managed to ? It is hard to understand and beyond me to explain. I know that to move from one realm to another is almost like sailing on these streams. ??? Sorry I can not explain.

DGs took me out to rescue someone caught in some very high volume flow. My mind was filling in detail in ways I could understand. For me to translate these strange things that are beyond understanding, my mind must guess from things I do understand to fill in details. This took the form of a chaotic wild river full of tree limbs and a man was trapped under limbs. I could also see the backs of monsters kind of like crocodiles. We fished him out and then they took me on a sight seeing ride. Now here is the weird thing. As of yet I have never seen anything like a vehicle that can navigate the "waters" but clearly there must have been a force underneath us that allows travel. I look down and see nothing but the river.

We return to what seems like a recreational place. This area has the water flowing through it but it is more of a lake with almost no currents. They show me the most basic steps of making these vehicles. It is some pattern of energy around the feet shaped somewhat like a snowboard, but I can not see it. I just see the displaced water and am held aloft on the water. They take me to practice where the water is leaving the area. This is exciting kind of like boogie boarding, but I quickly get taken down in the water and can feel myselff being taken somewhere "other", but they helped me back up and we kept fooling around in the calm water.
