    1. Gross Madness

      by , 12-06-2016 at 05:31 PM
I'm a spectator in this dream. First a man comes into a restaurant and is acting weird. He must give a message to someone but he is uncertain of what to do or who to give the message to. The chef comes out and gives him something. He goes to his next stop & is in line w/ others like himself who are basically being blackmailed into doing things or risk dying. It seems to be on a grand scale. There are now big places being held by ppl doing unspeakable things. It was very gory and gross. Then it turns into a mass brain washing event & ppl are't realizing that they are indebted to some unknown evil. Cops are even killing ppl. People are wearing pig heads, like from real pigs. Gross. The people are going mad in the head. Some are eating large amounts of feces. I want to puke. It's like if you spread out some intestines but it was all poop. Finally a flood starts to come. It looks like the population is being cleansed. Then Meesha woke me up.

I've had stomach problems due to being sick yesterday so maybe that was the weird poop thing. I'm not sure if there is a meaning here or if it's due to fever & med dreams. I have been paying attention lately to how ppl treat each other now a days & how our earth is being ruined. I find it all so sad. On a side note I just realized I've been so busy that I haven't even looked at the TOTM so I'm going to do that next. I still don't feel well today but I'm doing better. I think I just need a lot of sleep.
    2. Recording our final existence

      by , 07-22-2016 at 01:53 AM
Non-Lucid but very vivid: I was living among a colony of people. We were gathering resources necessary for our survival. We were constantly moving from place to place, each one higher than the last. We are fleeing the water that in on the constant rise & the rain continues off & on so that there isn't much of a reprieve. I saw no sun or moon. It seemed very odd whether it was earth or not was not clear. I watched children with awe at children finding small things to play with. I was appointed somehow to document our travels & our existence. It did not feel like this was the earth I know.

Old Dream from when I was probably about 10 years old

I dreamed that I was sleeping in this old cabin. The bed was next to a window that had thin curtains. There was a large red moon flooding the landscape and my room with light. Outside on a grassy hill I noticed that there was a long line of cloaked persons walking along its ridge. Then One passed right in front of my window. Its face was dark and evil and he carried a large scythe.

I ran to into the local village and up to an old man who was sitting in his rocking chair out on his porch. He looked down at me and said in a wise tone that "It's the time of the red moon." I ran back out into the village where there was panic, bonfires, and utter chaos.
    4. The Computer Thief and the Grocery Store Zombies

      by , 08-19-2012 at 05:43 PM
I woke up in my bedroom, but there was no usual light coming from my window. I went into the hallway, and noticed that we had a staircase. This was weird, I lived in a single floor home. I went to my brothers room and found that my cousins were there visiting. My brother was not there. "Wanna play football?" Said one of them. I was transported to a football field. There was a crowd and everything, and I was on a team of people I did not know. I made 3 touchdowns and won the game for my team, whoever they were. After the game I was back in my room. I went outside, where I found my computer and desk in the front yard. There were pine trees all around, and all the nearby houses were gone except for one. I sat at the desk and turned on the computer, which was a blank screen. I then noticed a little boy standing there.
"Hi there. What is your mom doing over there?" I said, pointing to an old black lady swinging a golf club.
"Oh, she's just getting ready to rob you." The boy replied. His mother came up to me, holding the club. She told the boy to go home. I looked up at her, and saw her crazed expression on her face.
"You are being robbed. Give me that computer!" She said.
I reached for my crowbar that was on my desk. I stood up and smacked it into her face. "No, this is my computer. I paid good money for it and you didn't earn this." I said.
"Well... I guess you're right. See this? It's my laptop. I hate this old thing, I can't even load a youtube video!" She said, pulling an old Dell laptop from her bag.
"Too bad. Go get a new one with your own money." I then swung my crowbar into her face again. She didn't seem hurt at all. She just walked away, and went back inside her house. After such a strange ordeal, I decided to test if I was dreaming, as I do every day. I plugged my nose and tried to breathe through it, and for the first time, it worked. All of the sudden, clarity snapped into place. All the things around me became instantly real, in such a way that I cannot even describe. I at first wanted to jump up and scream to the world how amazing it was, but I realized that doing this would wake me up. I calmly went back inside to tell the other fake people, when my brother came out.
"Austin," he said, "Can I play the computer now?" This poor figure of my imagination was just as addicted to the computer as he is in real life I thought to myself.
"No, you aren't real. Now go back inside!" I said to him. He simply sighed and said, "Dang it..." and walked away. I was still very excited about being in my first lucid dream. I tried to fly. I jumped into the air, and willed myself forward. It worked. It was like being on a zip-line, but without anything to support you. I was so amazed and happy about it, that I lost my focus, and crashed down into the concrete. The pain I felt was so very real, but did not last long thankfully. I tried many more times, with similar results. I gave up and went inside. My cousin, Josh, came up to me.
"Congratulations on your first lucid dream. How does it feel?" He said to me. Knowing he was not real, I still played along.
"It's awesome! I could do this all night." I replied to him. I decided not to get into a fight about who's real and who isn't. I floated upstairs, and passed a bathroom. I covered my eyes as I passed it. I was afraid that by looking in a mirror I would cause a nightmare. I opened my eyes when I was past it. Curious about what dream tests really worked, I tried some. I covered my mouth and nose again, and breathed. That seemed to work just fine. Then I tested the "look at your hands" technique. I looked down at my hands, and noticed that they were so realistic, that if I did not know any better I would think I was awake. The only flaw was that I was missing two fingers. I tried to summon somebody, so I said out loud, "Bring me my best friend," to nobody in particular. Instantly, my best friend from 8th grade appeared. He was just as real as he was in life.
"Nice weather today isn't it?" He said. I wanted to reply but he disappeared shortly. I flew downstairs and went outside. By then I had been in the dream for a while, almost 15 minutes. I looked at a digital clock, and it made no sense at all. It read "2G:F&Y". I looked away, then back again. This time it said "SCREW YOU". I laughed at this, and with lightning speed, ran down the road heading for a town. I got there in an instant, and entered a Target store. Inside I explored the virtual reality, making short reality checks to ensure I did not lose my lucidity. 5 minutes or so passed and I was growing bored. I decided to try something my cousin Josh would do. I went to the check out, where a bored teen girl was. She obviously was tired of the mundane routine of working at a register. I shouted in her face, "GET EVERYONE OUT OF HERE THERE ARE ZOMBIES ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!".
"Dude... what is your problem?" She replied in a monotone voice. I looked around, noticing that there really were zombies all around me. Much more than I expected. I used superhuman strength and lasers from my hands to defeat the zombies, but more came. "This is so fun..." I thought to myself. I fought more and more zombies until the dream was over.
    5. Apocolypse, Llamas, Earthquakes

by , 04-15-2012 at 04:29 PM (Lucid Time!)
I was exploring some kind of post apocalypse earth. I was in the desert, with someone else. (I can't remember who) They said we were walking to the "Grand City" that was apparently mankind's last stronghold on the planet or something.
The desert was hot and dry. The sun was low in the sky, and there was not a cloud to be seen.
We walked over a sand dune and saw a huge city. Most of the buildings were damaged but they looked like they were being repaired. I could see people in the streets. The person I was with pointed to a good-size building in the middle of the city. They said that was the capital building. But the most notable feature of the city was the huge river that ran through it.
We entered the city and went to the capital building. It was essentially one huge room with glass walls and concrete supports. Roughly a fifty-foot cube on edge. The ceiling was also concrete.
We entered and the first thing we saw was construction workers putting an additional support column because they thought building was going to fall. Then we came to the leader of the city.
He was some kind of king sitting in the middle of the room. Sprawled out on his throne holding a glass of whine. The dream character I was with and this king started talking. Without warning, the building buckled. I remember seeing people panicking, and debris falling from the ceiling. I started running, back out the door onto the front lawn of the structure.
I realized it wasn't the same building anymore, it was my house. When the earthquake stopped, i saw a fire start inside the house. I went back inside. My grandparents were in there. I asked my grandparents if anything exciting had happened. My grandparents just sort of rambled on pointlessly. Disapprovingly, I got the fire extinguisher and put out the fire.

I was making my way along some railroad tracks, no longer in a desert. I was with that other dream character again, but I cannot remember seeing them or anything, just that sort of feeling that a friend was with me. Until eventually I came to a vaguely familiar home made of pink stucco and orange ceramic tiles on it's roof.
The home seemed to be in a tropical setting, on a hill, surrounded by a couple of palm trees. There was a huge mountain behind it.
I went inside and someone was in there, I cannot remember but they seemed to be good friends with me and the other dream character. Got out my computer and tried to go on minecraft, but the computer had a fatal error.
I remembered the other DC telling me earlier that there had been some kind of Electromagnetic pulse. And apparently it had caused all of the computers on the planet to malfunction.
I can remember the inside of the house being dark. The person who lived there gave us cookies. Then she told me that If I wanted to leave, there was a creature I could mount in the pen outside her house.
I went out to the side of the house. There was a pen that matched the house, a high wall made of pink stucco. The top of the wall was also covered in orange ceramic shingles. There was a large animal that you could ride. I could best describe it as a llama or perhaps a really ugly horse.
There were a couple of stairs made of wood that you could climb to more easily mount it. I got on and started to ride around. The animal was very easy to control, even with no practice.
I started to leave, without the other mysterious DC and while I was walking, I took out a camera, and started making a video cast for the internet. I told people that there was an apocalypse and I was currently riding a llama.

    6. Vacation Day Exploded

by , 02-16-2012 at 07:05 PM (A World In My Head!!)
      February 15, 2012

Synopsis: After a quiet day in a vacation home, the sun explodes and this signifies alien invasion. Slightly abstract hard to remember dream.

      Vacation Day Exploded
I’m driving my family to a natural reserve, the bumpy road is hard on my car and so is the steep hill. After parking I’m worried the park’s entrance is miles back the other way, but sis finds it just up this little path.

We were staying a vacation home inside an old-school village with icrecream shops. Mom disappears some where in there, Dad goes off to get pastries, and sis V moans and whines because she has to go to work. I really just wanted to go for a long walk, but no one will walk with me because sis L is too busy doing I don’t know what.

So I just chill in the vacation home with sis L.

I’m looking at the sun through the window blinds. So bright and warm, I tell sis – “we should go for a walk like right now!”. Suddenly the sun burns red-orange and lights up the whole sky with a hot glow. All the time I’m still watching through the window blinds. Suddenly, what I thought was the sun, hurls towards the earth and crashes in another window view.

I’m glued to the window watching a huge mushroom cloud rise up from beyond the park. I scream at sis “are you seeing this?” and I think about running to get my camera. What the hell am I thinking about? I can see a shock wave traveling across the landscape. Me and sis duck and lay flat on the ground, but nothing happens.

All is quiet now. I get this weird feeling, that this explosion is actually a part of an alien invasion. And we don’t want to advertise where we are, so I reach for the remote and turn off the TV. I look over to sis who looks terrified. I whisper “We need to be very quiet, no lights, this is an –“

“No don’t say it!” She starts to cry. The whole idea of aliens invading really freaks her out. Ironically her eyes kinda looked alien right now. I try to comfort her as she cries softly. Then I wake up.
