    1. i projected outside

      by , 08-25-2018 at 09:31 PM
I was taking a nap today after missing a lot of sleep this week on the job, when i dreamed I was looking from outside my house from the street towards my front door. There was a package there. I knew I had ordered something earlier in the week but did not expect it so soon. When I woke, I remembered the package, what it looked like and the amazon label on it. I was like, if I open my front door and there is a package there it means I astral projected out of my body and saw that package. Sure enough...it was in the exact same spot I saw it from the road in my dream..which I now know was not a dream but a pure out of body experience or remote viewing..cool stuff!!
    2. My first AP followed by LD's

      by , 04-25-2016 at 08:58 PM
AP Experience: During the day I decided to try & visualize an AP by starting in my bed & going street by street & house by house to arrive inside my husbands work area so that if I ever was to achieve AP I'd know where I was going in a real time way. I kept telling myself all evening that I would have an AP & LD tonight & I would remember my dreams. I laid down at 2:00 am & kept my eyes closed. I did my meditation by relaxing my body & when I did my breathing exercise I did something different. As I breathed in I said to myself that when I breathe in I'm breathing in AP & LD's & when I breathe out I'm breathing out fear. I'd hold my breath in between. No-one told me to do it this way, I just decided to try it. I kept my eyes closed the whole time & visualized the trip again in my head from my bed all the way to my husbands job & into his work area. My husbands alarm went off at 3:15 & I got up to pee & tried to keep my eyes mostly closed & didn't talk & went straight back to bed. My bathroom is about 10 feet from my side of the bed so it didn't take long. I laid back down & started the exercises over & over & ignoring my husband. Meesha cat has been in our bed all night, even when I was reading before I went to sleep. She was in the middle of the bed. At 4:10 or 4:15 I heard my husbands keys & so did Meesha cuz she went to follow him & then she came back to bed & laid down. (I didn't look at the clock, I asked my husband today what time he left) I just kept on with what I was doing & decided that my husband was no longer a distraction & Meesha seemed all settled so I attempted to bump up my vibrations. And they went from zero to 1000! My whole body vibrated like I had some high tech vibration machine going through my body. It feel like every cell & atom in my body was moving & the sound was a really loud humming & air kind of sound, a whirring sound. Other people describe it as the sound a plane makes. Well, I've only heard that sound on tv but I'd say it was very accurate. It's like my body was going to take off, literally! It was maybe 30 seconds of this & I knew what what was happening. I wasn't afraid & I did not see any entities or anything. I tried to move & couldn't but it was only on my first try. After that I was able to lift my left arm & feel it come up & I could see I had 2 kinds of arms & I could feel the difference so I just went for it & tried to roll off the side of my bed. I immediately remembered I didn't want to go through the floor but briefly it felt like I went down but willed myself back up. It was like the bottom part of me started to go down through the floor but not all of me. I was next to my bed but I didn't feel the floor & I could tell that I couldn't feel things but I'm a well trained monkey & I was afraid of bumping into my bed & in a split second I consciously wanted to float around my bed to get out of my room. But before I did this I looked on my bed to see if Meesha was freaking out or anything but she was just laying there right where she was sound asleep. So I floated around my bed & through my dining room & over my couch & love seat a few times just trying to see the room & feel what was happening. I wanted to go through the door so I could make the journey to my husbands job. But when I got in front of the door I wan't sure if I should try & walk through it or run through it. So I tried to run but I panicked & everything went black for what seemed to be quite a while. I felt disoriented & couldn't figure out where I was. I was so tired but so excited at the same time. I guess I popped back in & then I started a Lucid dream..

LD: 1 I was asking these women in a college for help. I was explaining all of what just happened to me & asked them if they were lucid dreamers & they said they were & I asked them if they new anything about AP but they didn't answer. I walked around & looked for things that could help me understand where I was. They told me I was in some college in Illinois. I told them I didn't think that this place really exists. I found some brochures that said it was in Illinois & it was a college but the name still made no sense to me. I wish I could remember. The stairways there were really wide & the hallways really tall & long & detailed & everyone was friendly & then one woman was trying to get a little too friendly when we turned a corner & there was a hot tub. I got in it with her but when she leaned in to kiss me I went under the water which woke me right up.... I sat up in bed & remembered everything so I tried to text my husband at work. It was 5:04 am. I ended up talking to my husband & telling him all about the AP & this LD.

LD 2: I was in an art college of some kind. I was talking to various people. We were sitting in this neat little place where you step down a couple of steps to get to individual tables & from multiple sides you had to step up each way to get out of it. We were discussing art & since I was enjoying this I didn't try to change the scene, I just tried to take in all the things they were talking about & looking at their art and ideas.
      WILD

LD 3: I was outside in this vast area where there was just grass seeming to go on forever & there was this thing that I really can't describe accurately but I'll try. It looked like a small hill where a tight low gully was. It was about the size and shape of a small train trestle & you are looking at it from the side & where the track would be there was a space filled with a multidimensional space where artists were creating computer art that went from one side to the other. The goal was to make something unique fill that space. Each piece started from the left & pix elated across to the other side. Like I said it's hard to describe because it was very complicated. I didn't want to try to change the scene yet again because this just seemed more cool than something I could create. It was so colorful. It was like a big computer program that displayed art.
      DILD

Explanation of Details- I had some other dream fragments but I let them go because I seem to be so overwhelmed w/ the AP experience.... Quite a while back I used to be terrified by SP & I saw entities. I used to pray every night because I was being attacked in my sleep but I didn't know anything about LD's or AP back then. I wish I had so I wouldn't have been afraid. Eventually they stopped & I stumbled upon LD'ing later. Therefore I wasn't afraid when I had this experience today. It was definitely not something that a person could experience in any kind of a dream. No way. Not possible. This was a real time event.

    3. First Intentional Lucid Dream/Simulated OOBE?

      by , 10-18-2011 at 03:38 PM
So last night, after watching copious amounts of the anime "Bleach" and doing some work for a cilent, I decided to unwind with a hot shower. I really planned out things carefully. A scented candle, a stool to sit and relax on after doing the mundane task of cleaning up >_>.

I was really at a happy place by the time I decided I'd pruned up enough. I told myself "today is the day for a Lucid Dream or OOBE" if ever there was one because I seldom feel this relaxed. Went to my bedroom, got dressed and curled up in bed. I started to remind myself that I have to wake up around 4am for this to work right and that the next scenes I would encounter would be dreams.

I tried to visualize a door into Hogwarts (a frequent dream sign of mine) and pull on it while all the hypnagogic imagery began, but I was really too tired and I drifted off to la la land. I can't recall that dream session.

The next thing I remember was waking up at 4:30am. I did reality checks before getting out of bed, and then got up to visit the washroom. I returned and decided I'd go onto Facebook with my phone and reply to my e-mail. I told a friend that I programmed my mind to wake up at a specific time and it didn't turn out too shabby. That alone gave me some courage that I was doing things right and my state of mind was good for this work. I told him I was going to attempt gaining lucidity and then shut off the phone and lay on my back...

I started doing the WILD induction and I started to feel some symptoms of paralysis but nothing too pronounced. I got some Hypnagogic Imagery which I tried to "step into" but they kept dissolving. I kept in a very positive frame of mind reminding myself that even if this didn't work, I'd get to enjoy some more pleasurable hours of sleep. So, after approx. 10 minutes, I turned over on my side. I tried repeating the steps again on my side but I felt too uncentered. I then turn over again now with my face to the pillow and tried it this time...

IMMEDIATE change! Everything felt much stronger and for the first time I experienced those ridiculously violent vibrations. I felt like someone took a jackhammer to my bed and I was surprised I didn't spaz out because I was very much concious at this point, but I kept still and rode it out.

The next thing I knew, my perspective was flipped. I felt like I was on my back clutching the sheets of the bed with my hands frantically. I calmed down and imagined floating. I heard a female voice almost like a flight attendant telling me to concentrate on the next scene. The next scene was very random... A display in a pharmacy window! I was focusing on some product in a glass bottle with blue and white label. It kept coming in and out of focus, but eventually I got it in focus. Then, I found myself zooming in on the world in a very "Google Maps" fashion and found myself in my house.

It seemed very dark and murky. I am in fact near-sighted, so I assumed at first that I'd woken up and and gone into the kitchen. I headed for a cupboard to mix myself some milk (a thought I had toyed with before bed, but decided it was best I go to bed with my stomach empty). At that point I realized something was wrong. This could not be reality because we're re-modelling the kitchen and those cupboards were destroyed. I immediately got into somewhat of a panic. Was I lucid? Was I outside of my body? For some reason or the other I headed into the breakfast room (which has an exit there) and came across the figure of Urahara Kisuke (an anime character from the show I've been polluting my mind with recently). He seemed to emanate a calm to me and I settled down. I remember distinctly that he was wearing his black cloak (

In this newly calm state of mind, I decided to visit my bedroom to make a reality check of this again. Things were so murky and strange, but I immediately slipped from the kitchen to my bedroom with that thought. I found myself in my bedroom standing by the doorway (The door in reality was closed). I could barely see in the room, so I decided to flip the switch. That didn't work. So I put out a command: "Give me clarity.", and the room began to glow with a very moonlit atmosphere. I saw my body there laying on the bed as I'd been, and saw my mother, wrapped in a white garment come into the room and lay down next to me saying something I could not make out.

At that point I woke up and quickly checked to see whether I was awake. Hand check...clear. Nose check...clear. I flipped on my back and looked around for my mother. She wasn't there and the door was still closed. I was in SHEER euphoria at the experience now. Don't think I've been that excited in years. I updated my friend via Facebook on what I'd achieved and put the details of the dream/OOBE so I would have a reference with which to write this dream diary entry.

I went back to sleep with a smile on my face. It was 6am.

Huh? I am projecting? Double consciousness triggers Astral Paralysis. Hardest separation so far. (WBTB)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID ASTRAL

I had like one hour more of sleep after a short time awake, so I intended to induce a lucid dream. Usually, WBTB has a 100% rate success for me, but I have little to no opportunity to do this on the mornings.

Suddenly, I could see my arms resting under my pillow. I figured that it was not possible to see my arms because my head was on the pillow, in fact, I still could feel my head on the pillow. Also, I was wearing my sleep glasses, so it was physically impossible to see at all. I figured I could be dreaming, so I decided to move my arms and start to fly to make it stable. I could not move my arms, but I felt I was still moving. I wanted to do a Reality Check as I was not sure in what plane of existence I was. I realized I did not feel like in my dream body. I was hearing loud buzzing noises and I felt vibrations around my entire body.
I realized I was about to Astral Project. I was well aware I was not dreaming, and obviously, I was not awake. I started to visualize white light around my body and asked for protection. I was having a hard time to completely separate from my physical body.
I tried to complete one of Monroe's techniques that was appropriate for the situation I was on. I wanted to roll out from my physical body. My physical body was like a magnet, pulling me hard. When I got closer to bed to just roll out, my physical body started pulling me even harder. Eventually, I lost Astral Vision, but still felt the vibrations and also, double consciousness. My Astral body got paralyzed, but my consciousness was still out. I knew I was not going to complete separate from my body, so I remained calm to not ruin trance and attempt again.

I felt my body in bed. I had no vibrations, no buzzing sounds and I could not feel my Astral self. I remained in bed until a dream started forming. I wanted to try to Astral Project, but I did not want to push my self too much so I allowed the dream to form.

I had a FA in my room already knowing I was dreaming. I double checked to make sure I was in the dream plane. My physical body was not in bed and I had the lucid feeling, not the Astral feeling. I attempted to just float with though without success, then I jumped to fly with success, so I confirmed I did not project.

Some weird guy tried to grab me for some reason. I focused on super strenght. I grabbed this guy and I squashed him until he was small as a paper ball. No blood, no gore, it just got smaller and smaller like a paper ball.

I left my room and when to my living room as on several lucid dreams. As usual, the door was closed. I flew out home. I was night. I had no big goals for lucidity and I was not lucid enough (the dream was not good enough) for my major mediumship goals, so I decided to just enjoy a flight, as I love to see the stars and the moon. I planned to maybe go to the Sun as I never did before. Suddenly, I felt double consciousness and the dream obliterated.
It was time for me to wake up... my inner clock alarm ringed.
