    1. 18-01-19 I See Dead People

      by , 01-21-2018 at 05:38 PM
I was with a couple of family members at my late grandmother's house (moeke). My mom was there, as well as my brother. And a few others, but I don't know who exactly. Oddly, my grandmother was there too. She'd dead. I noticed her being there was... odd. But it still felt so normal. I wondered if anyone else could see her. I think they said they had no idea what I was talking about. But then I saw my brother in conversation with my grandmother. She said something, and he replied. I confronted my brother, and asked him who he was talking to - as what he said could only make sense in response to someone asking him a question. I was confused as to why everybody appeared to be lying. The situation didn't make any sense. Unless... And that's when I figured that they were *all* characters, and I was the only real person in the room. I forced myself to wake up, as I was already drifting close to full consciousness anyway.

    2. 17-12-05 Kidnapping Headmaster, Attempted Home Invasion by Hooker

      by , 12-21-2017 at 03:11 PM
I was seated at a large table together with many of my former classmates. We were eating sandwiches (pistolets). I specifically remember T. Leyssens.

Long dream, but all I got is mostly forgotten one-word notes. I think I kidnapped the double of the headmaster of the school (a woman) and temporarily locked her up in a closet of sorts. I told her I was going to "make her rich" before I closed the closet door. I think I had some kind of scheme planned out that would make use of her physical resemblance to the headmaster to make lots of cash. I went to tell 'the others'. Including my former boss from work (P. Bosmans), who seemed as skeptical as always.

I was at home (apartment, 4th floor), and my mother was there too. A woman 'rings' the doorbell. I see her face on the screen of that doorbell gizmo of which I don't know the English name. Intercom? She looks like a stereotypical hooker. She orders me to let her in. Or else. She pulls out a revolver, and makes it clear that if I don't let her in, she'll break in and hurt us. I get super pissed off, a shot of adrenaline going through me, and tell her "mine's bigger" (I own an AR15 carbine and Remington 870 shotgun). As I walk towards the bedroom to get my artillery, I tell my mother to call the cops. I open the gun locker, and decide to settle for the Glock 19. It takes forever to get the gun ready, as the law requires the weapon to be unloaded, secured with a trigger lock, and ammo stores separately. As I was messing around with the bullets (my fine motor skills were impaired by the adrenaline rush), I felt like I was fully prepared to kill that woman. The idea that it felt so easy kind of scared me. My plan was to open my bedroom window (which is right above the front door), and give her ONE chance to fuck off. If she tried anything, she'd be dead. Luckily, moments before I could put my brash plan into action, I woke up. Still stiff with real-world adrenaline.
    3. Tests, Tests, and More Tests

      by , 06-17-2016 at 05:29 AM
It was the last day of high school, and we all had had a week-long break before hand (or perhaps it was two or three weeks). Everyone needed to find their home rooms, and once the bell rang a final exam would be administered. Because we had been gone for so long (and at my school we only went to home room three or four times a school year), I was having trouble remembering where mine was. I looked into one and seen Jacob C. and Metal, and decided to give it a shot. The man that was the teacher called role--I remember that Metal was making a reverse list of sorts, because he was hoping that that was my home room after all, and so every name that was called, he'd write it down. Finally the man was done and when I realized that he definitely hadn't called me, I got up to find another room.

The bell hadn't rung yet, which was just my good luck. Standing in the hall way were a couple of other teachers, and with them was a mobile table of sorts that carried all of the tests. One of them tried to go ahead and give me my examination, but I told them that I needed to find my home room first. I could tell that they weren't pleased, but they told me to hurry and didn't ask any more questions. ("They" were a bit shorter than me, older, and had white hair, but I can't remember what their gender was supposed to be, or anything else about them, really.)

Mrs. Tear's class was just right across the hall, so I stopped there first. Everyone was already seated, so I went straight to her desk and asked her if I was on her roll call; she checked, told me I was, handed me my test, and so I sat down and did it. It was difficult.

After that, I was driving to college with my mom. At some point she pointed out that the people in front of us were having car troubles (I can't remember what with), and so I rolled down my window and asked them what was wrong, if there was anything that we would be able to do. I then just got out of the car and conversed with them. We were getting along well, but then their little boy asked me if I could go ahead and leave. I agreed and when I turned around I seen that there was a car behind us, waiting for me to move. I rushed in, told the people goodbye, and then drove away.

Once we got to the college, it was my mom who was needing to take a test. It was a very short thing, but I needed to help her a bit. The last question either had to do with my dad, or her answer had to do with it. She didn't like the test-makers, because she felt that they were too intrusive in her personal life.

Finally we're back home, and I can fly through things! I float through walls and through people--floating through people is a bit more difficult, though, because I have to first will myself to be invisible before I do it. I remember laying down on the couch in the living room for a time before getting back up again.
    4. Strangers are Welcome, Kinda

      by , 06-09-2016 at 05:07 PM
There was a knock on the back door and I went to check it. A tall girl with dark skin, unruly hair, and a green tank top stood there. She introduced herself as Jade. Jade told me about her life some: about how she suffered from trauma from something in her past, and a bit about her friends. Since she was being so open I felt close to her and wanted to invite her in, but I needed to first warn Mama that we would have company.

I went to the living room. She was sitting on the couch, waiting for me. I stood in front of her, and as I was telling her about Jade I seen that the back door was ajar, and a boy was peeking through it. I went back there again and opened the door wider so that I could see who it was and discovered that it was Jade and her friends. They all came in then without me actually telling them it was okay. As they all walked passed me I told them that they could really only stay for ten minutes, because Mama and I were going to go to the park.

I sat down beside her on the couch. There were snacks on the top of it and I grabbed a little wrapper that said Double Stuffed Oreos (dream-me is smart), and then woke up.

    5. "The Monkey has Mayonnaise!"

      by , 06-09-2016 at 05:14 AM
The beginning of the dream featured my best friend Jasper as an actor of a comedy movie. I didn't think that the movie was very good, because you could tell that it was cheaply made and very crude. I don't remember much about it, except I do remember that Jasper puked everywhere in one seen, and that he was wearing a red plaid shirt--and his hair was different. Made to fit the part of the silly environment.

After Mama and I watched the movie, I went to a school. I'm not exactly sure what I was doing there, but there were a lot of kids that kept teasing me and touching me. I tried to just shake it off, but it was becoming very frustrating (though, I will note that I don't remember it making me sad or embarrassed). There was one little kid that came up and hugged me. I could tell that he had a bit of a little boy crush.

Then it seemed to be early in the next day, and my dad was trying to get my attention. For whatever reason I didn't want to talk to him, and so instead I ran out the back door. I remember thinking that I was running pretty fast and that that was a good thing. I ran to the direction of the other half of the trailer park, except the area in the dream was more forest-like. I climbed up a tree by using a ladder that was leaned against it and came to a sort of boxed-in opening, and crawled through. I crawled all the way to the back and sat, with my heart beating fast and feeling the exhilaration of running away. It was still very early in the morning, so I didn't have to deal with any of the neighborhood kids. When looking out I was able to see the tree across from me that had a hole in it just like the one I was in. There was also the head and shoulders of a young woman with long brown hair and a green shirt that seemed to be painted on the wall of the opposing tree.

As I was looking at the painting, the neighborhood monkey joined me in the tree. It had a red shirt and blue jeans on, and looked a bit cartoonish. It came to light that my life was a children's television show, and at the end a bunch of children that I couldn't see were singing about how the monkey had mayonnaise.
    6. The Crookshanks Look-a-Like

      by , 06-08-2016 at 05:58 PM
I was in love with some guy who was a Libra. In the dream Ivory (who is dead) kept popping up into my thoughts, and I was vaguely jealous because I believed that if she was there the Libra dude would end up falling in love with her (the dream logic was because they were both Air signs).

At night my mom and I were talking about going to buy new shirts the following day. We were outside at night, sitting on the stairs. I couldn't help but think that there was an invisible wedge between us, because she didn't know that I was in love, but for some reason I couldn't tell her. As we were talking I became paranoid that people were listening in, so I walked back inside and she followed. Just as I was about to close the door the orange cat that looks like Crookshanks (my mom's cat in real life) strolled in. I was surprised to see that its eye was messed up, just like Crookshanks', and checked my mom's room to see if the cat that just walked in was Crookshanks after all. It wasn't. After a moment of looking at the two I realized that opposite eyes were missing.
    7. 'I remember mama...'

      by , 06-25-2013 at 06:58 PM
      Date: June 24, 2013
Bedtime routine: MILD & WBTB (No WILD attempts tonight, just MILD)
      Total sleep time: 8-9 hours

      Dream

I was back in the city I was born in and I was showing my current family where I grew up and how beautiful it was. The quality of life was much different back then...very relaxing. I was showing them the ocean as the sea gulls flew over, the old buildings still standing built hundreds of years ago, and explaining to them the meaning of happiness. As I was talking to my family (in the car) one of the sea gulls flew in the car and out of the back window. This happened several times, so many times, that we became use to the sea gull flying in the car as we would dunk our heads down in an attempt not to get hit .

      Dream Frag:

Saw a boy put a gun to his little sister's head and pulled the trigger (Note: I saw a picture of this in real life this week on facebook, so it must have followed me into my dreams as it was terribly disturbing).

      Dream Frag:

Someone singing "I remember mama," so intently, so focused, and so emotional.
