I haven't had good luck w/ recall for the last few days. I finally had to shut my door again to keep Meesha Cat from abruptly waking me up & messing up my recall. She's all kinds of needy lately, even w/ Mike. Sorry to disappoint.
No dream recall other than my dad was in it due to someone calling & waking me up.
Meesha woke me up every hour on the hour & then my wbtb every 2 hours. Dreaming was a joke.
No dream recall because my grand-daughter yelled, "Hey grandma!" right by my ear & I thought the house was on fire. But she just thought she was being funny. Hence, no dream recall. I will set my alarm tomorrow & set out bowls for their cereal. Lesson learned. They are finally old enough to make their own cereal & turn on the tv so grandma can sleep in. Awe, what a great thing to finally happen! She is almost 7 & he is 5 1/2. I can't believe I haven't tried this at all over the last year!
Last night was a bust. I now have my other set of grandchildren for the next 3 days. I can sleep in my own room w/ these 2 here though. Very grateful for that so I have a better chance w/ a lucid.
It is extremely rare for me to wake up & not recall any dream or dream fragment at all. But today I did. I think it was because my body was just so exhausted mentally & physically that I got some true sleep.
My cold is getting worse, so my recall is abyssal. I also jumped out of my skin at five in the morning thanks to the minifrige defrosting and dropping a big block of ice, making a noise that sounded like my upstairs neighbour dropping in the middle of the room Going back to sleep after that was interesting to say the least.
