    1. To meet one who isn't known.

      by , 05-21-2014 at 03:11 AM
I walk into a baseball park, walking next to a beautiful huskey, unleashed, that isn't mine, and I didn't know the name of. We walk to the back of the fields, the dog sniffing around and such, then it looked up in the direction of some woodlands behind the fields. A strange black goat, with flesh hanging off in spots, and with no eyes, comes sprinting past out of the woods. It passes us quickly, then collapses at the closest sidewalk to us. There was no blood around the animal, and nothing chasing it. And even stranger, the goat didn't look as if the wounds were inflicted on it. They seemed to be.. a part of it. The husky walks off, paying no attention to the animal. I examine it a little more though. Then in the next instant there is a boy next to me that I didn't know either. I had never seen his face before. He never gave a name, and said nothing at first. After glancing at the carcas, he told me to watch out for something, but I didn't catch what he told me to look out for. It seemed my dream wouldn't let me hear it, because when he repeated it a little more urgently, I still could not understand.
I called the dog over using a name that I didn't know, and couldn't hear. Like the boy, I couldn't hear or think the name I called out to.
The dog ran over to me, and just as he neared me, and man in a car pulled up alongside the sidewalk, a rifle in hand. He said nothing as he drove past, only looked at me and the boy, but I got the feeling if pure terror.
I ran away, with the dog and boy in tow. I called out the boys name, and again could not understand the name I had called, and told him to run faster.

And that was were it ended. But fast forward four and a half years, I have the same exact dream again. This time, I knew the names of the boy and the dog. I could call them out in the dream. The boy, I met in my second half of freshmen year, highschool, and he turned out to be my boyfriend in my sophomore year, Sam.

I have yet to tell him of my dreams, and we are still together to this day.

As for the dog, it turned out to be the boys dog (Sam's dog), Chaga.
      (Pronounced: Cha-Sha)

The goat and the man are still a mystery to me. As well as what Sam was trying to warn me about. That is still not clear.

I'm not sure if I should let Sam know about my dream, or not. I have no idea if it has any significance. But when I had the dream, I did not know him then, and had never seen him before. We lived in different states altogether.

The reason I didn't recognise him from my dream the instant I met him was because somehow I had forgotten about the dream completely until I had it again a few days ago. Then I woke up and remembered everything.

Is there anything anyone can explain to me? Maybe why I dreamed about someone I met four and a half years later? Or maybe the significance of it if at all?

      1. I am on a tennis court. Odd things happen, and it turns into a competition. An adversary wants to trap me on one side. I walk horizontally out into the city area. I become certain that I am dreaming. I go into a restaurant. The faint image of a man running into down an apartment hall appears.

      2. I have a false awakening, and I lose my lucidity.

      3. I am in a city street. I am lucid again. I am awed, and I decide not to do anything while I am lucid because I am unprepared. I decide to just view the dreamscape. I want to go to the Woodland away from the city. I begin to fly towards it. An enemy comes up to me in the field. I fly up into the air to avoid him. He taunts me and says that I will have to come down some time. He says that he will cause many nightmarish false awakenings. I say that he is just a dream character. and I wake up.

      4. I am still dreaming, and I awaken to a figure slicing skin off of me in my sleep. I realize he has a face similar to that of the man of before. I still am not lucid. He is rambling and psychotic.

I call the police, but instead just mumble into the phone, "Something's wrong," before dropping it with newfound lucidity. I awaken.

      5. It is another FA. I go the man from the dream that is in my house, but I am illogically non-lucid. I yell at him. I am shocked. He winks at me when I complain about the FAs. At that, I become lucid, but I wake up for real.

      1. I am at school. An announcement is made that the water is going to be shut off for a few days. People grumble. I go home, and my grandmother is convinced that she needs a new bathroom door. I become angry with her, and she locks herself in her car. She stays the night, but I inform her I never wanted her to do that.

      2. I am fearful of writing SATAN in a grimoire I find because of an angel or demon character from the dream.

      3. I am at the Marsh or Woodland, looking out into the distance. Lately it has transformed from a swamp into a hill-scape. I am sitting on the hill.

      4. I am in school. They state that nuclear radiation exceeding normal levels has encompassed the building, and that we must evacuate immediately. We all become happy because we get to leave school. Our homeroom teacher brings us up to the ongoing history class to retrieve the rest of her students. We evacuate the building, and go to a camp. Someone hurt a bunch of kids the annoy me and other DCs. We are astonished by his psychopathic behavior, and I bring him into a cabin. I stab him to death with a pair of scissors.

      5. An Irish kid I know gets mad at me, and I go to my house. I then sneak out at night. I begin to fly although I am not lucid. I go over hills and end in the Woodland again, although it is no longer swampy. It is dawn, and I am over the hills with many trees. It is perfectly misty and peaceful. Some areas have snow. I accidentally go too far in the mountain scenery and fly into the tundra. I am lost.

      6. I am taking a shower, but frogs and slugs peel out from my skin. I am absolutely horrified. I get dressed and am too afraid to even look under my shirt to find out what happened.

    4. Camp Cult

      4/4/13

      1. I sign up for a summer camp. I have a lot of fun there. At the first night, at the dining hall, some old-time members and counselors contemplate 'telling us...'

I have no idea what this means. Then they talk about a curse or something to do with a dragon. Everybody leaves on the last day. The next year, I decide to return because I had a lot of fun. Students begin to die this time. It becomes a huge drama in the camp. One night, I sneak into another hall. There were no cabins, just one building that we would only leave twice at the camp. Outside, there was a basement underneath the grass, and a couple more buildings were on the property. I go back inside, but see something in one of the rooms. A student is murdered. I become panicked and scared; I don't even have time to mourn them. A blonde girl instructs the killing, but an old man (a camp counselor) seems to oversee it. I hide as they begin to talk.

"We have to stop doing this," the camper says. There are about five people there.

"You understand why we are, you know," the man says in response. I cannot guess why they are killing the students. I suspect that they killed all the others too, unlike what they stated. I go to bed, but I cannot sleep. My terror produces sweat on my sheets, and I get up. I sit on the floor and think, but I cannot settle my thoughts. This was only the beginning. The days go by, and more campers disappear. I shudder at where they might keep the bodies. I tell one student, but on the night before the last day, everybody knew of the crazy killer cult rumor. I attempt to get sleep, but chaos ensues. I sneak out the back, but I soon have to escape a stalker. Many people are killed, and students run out of the building frantically. Many campers kill each other; they were also a part of it. I run to the wooden theater, and there are children lying on the ground. A man is light matches and throwing gasoline. I scream, but the children don't realize what's happening. They open their eyes and realize their attacker. The campers get up and run to the exit, but the far left portion has been enflamed along with some of the burning kids. The fire spreads by each still live body, causing only a few to escape to safety by the doorway I am standing at. The wind pierces my back; I am outside. There are acres of isolation, I think, how will we ever get out of here? I go to the gate where a girl is.

"Is that smoke I smell?" she says playfully. I ignore her.

"Do you remember last year? They are insane. Call 911!" I say.

"What? This is a nice camp, they aren't crazy..."

"They are part of this cult- You don't understand because you didn't go this year- Just listen. Your brother is dying. Follow me!" I say to her. Her face explodes with worry. I take her to the burning theater and call her brother's name. He does not respond, indicating his death. The property is chaotic; the fire is spreading and death is a harbinger to everybody. The blonde girl tries to stab the girl I am leading to her brother. My friend runs far, and I lose her. I have no choice but to run in the opposite direction to avoid the killers. I am out of breath and am in the forest. I can hear screams, and there is blood on some of the trees. An hour later, I come back to the camp. I step behind a building and see my friend's body. I am struck by an angry, tragic sadness. I run from the killer girl. I find the hatch that leads to the basement in the forest while running through the darkness. I descend the steps but hear her quickly behind me. I find a closet and enter it. I hide behind it. The basement suddenly turns into the garage of my house, but I do not become lucid. In the closet of my garage, there is a door leading outside to the sidewalk that I can escape from. I hear the girl coming. She flings open the door and frantically swings her knife around. I kick the sealed door open and run into the streets, free into the morning dawn with the scene of the camp long gone.
    5. Cliff Hopping Spree (Synch With Lmrhone)

Windy! I had a Z-Apocalypse dream last night too. But that was a minor part and it seemed far away from my part of the dream, like someone else was the main character but the dreams spilled over into each other. Was your dream anywhere near a forest, or a primary school?

In this one dream one of my cousins was flirting with a girl from my church. But when they were done with that we walked out into the street (well beside the street) and I saw two deer climbing a tree (in the dream I was like "Since when do deer climb trees?!") Well the deer climbed the tree and when they were at the top they jumped. The tree was like 20 feet tall, roughly 6 meters for those outside of the U.S. and the way they landed was to tuck in there front legs and land sideways while kind of rolling. The first one landed safely and began walking away. But the second one jumped to far and when it tucked in it's legs it hit the road. Really hard, so it died. At least that's what I thought. Then my little brother ran over to it screaming and poked it, then it got up, it was all messed up and ran away.

In my earlier dream I was standing on a dirt pile, like huge, kind of like a really small mountain. And I jumped, but I jumped REALLY far and landed on another dirt mound.

Now here's the dream with the zombies. Well I was in the car with my mom and some of her friends. Then I had to get out. It was me and my brother. Then I went into the forest and I saw a rainbow. Then through most of my forest time I was killing Greek gods who told me things like "You would betray your friends for the prize too." Actually, the guy who said that was on a team with me and my brother. Well he ended up tricking my brother into running back into the forest after we walked out and this is what happened. He began to run after my brother to kill him. So I started chasing him. He picked up a big pipe so he could throw it at my brother, so I picked up a large branch to throw at him before he could hit my brother with the pipe. As he stopped to talk to my brother before he threw the pipe, I threw the branch at him. He fell to the ground and yelled. I ran up to him and apparently something else had fell on him too, a LOT bigger than my branch. So I picked up the branch, and began to twist it into his back (like a screw) until the hole was completely through his back, it took three times to do that before he died. Then me and my brother walked out of the forest confidently, knowing this was only the beginning. And as we crossed the street and were walking in someone else's front yard a blue SUV came rushing down the street, then as they rode by us they stomped on the brakes and the tires screeched as they sped back down the road and pulled up beside us. Since me and my brother went through a lot we were wary of getting in, even though the people in the truck were all very close family. I assumed that they were gods who changed form. But something made that change. Then a zombie came up from down the street and from that one zombie I felt that everything down the street was plagued by zombies. (This is only a fraction of the whole dream.)
Did I have a synch with you? This isn't from this morning, it was from an earlier night. I'll highlight in blue where I think we synched.

      4/28/13

      1. Someone jumps off of a cliff. They witness a sailing accident. It was for sport, and they survived because of their intent. I used to do something similar in previous dreams; I should have become lucid. A team is dispatched to get the jumper. Everyone still agrees that it wasn't for suicide, but I am uncertain. We fly in a helecopter over hills and mountains and bays and trees. The scenery was also another oblivious dreamsign. We land on a mountain. A boy (I think so, I am still uncertain of the gender of the characters) suddenly sprints off the cliff. An odd aura comes over me, and I feel as if the dream is taking place in the air and the land at the same time. In the air, I fall off the helicopter in a sudden jolt, but I am still clung to my reality watching this man jump to what should have been his death. I cannot explain it with words. I feel as if I fell of the helicopter for the intention of retrieving the (alive) boy. He was intending to rescue the other character, who I think has melted into a woman. I get both of them in the water. I am under pressure, and my head rings. I begin to get claustrophobic at the waves crashing and pulling the water and me. I get him, but we have to walk back to the rest of the group. The character that jumped spontaneously has disappeared from the dream. The woman who jumped and witnessed the accident has been kidnapped, although I was not aware of it. I am in a warehouse, and I remember the image of guns and the woman. I cannot remember what culminated following this. I remember walking out of the area, and becoming lucid on the street. I tell myself to stop denying it. I said that the entire scenario gave off the unrecognizable scent of dream. I remember my intent to find Tibb, the dream guide, but I fall backwards and characters spin around the dream, and I fade.

      2. I am in a resort. There is a lake's beach. There are many platforms from which to fall. Many people jump (with harnesses). I get some food, and the fog comes in. It is not sunny and sweaty but cool with much plant life all around. The beach slowly changes into a cliff, and the platforms disappear. My school seems to merge with the scenery, and my classmates begin to spawn. People still jump with harnesses, except they jump diagonally in order to traverse the landscape via sky. You can fall for miles horizontally and stop suddenly and fall vertically. I cannot explain it, but the dream populous seems to be stricter about falling than the previous dream. Before, people were jumping everywhere off of hills with no fear of death. I attempt to jump with my friends, but the guard holds me back. He says that I need to have gloves or mittens because the forest is "very cold while in the sky." In order to jump, I need to have mittens to prevent frostbite, but I cannot find any. I begin to ask people for a pair. I get a jacket, but "that is not a mitten." I eventually start to loot people's backpacks. I still cannot find mittens. Now, the dream scenery is both indoors and outdoors because of the school. I am not allowed to jump, and my friends leave without me. I am very disappointed. I think that I have one more period after this (hence the invasion of the school-motif), meaning I can try again. By now, the dreamscape has completely changed from the beach to the cliff, hills, and forest to finally my schoolyard. I begin to ask for mittens again. I am met with glaring looks, but I go to a pile of socks. An idea strikes my mind, and I attempt to use the socks as gloves for next time.

    6. Waterfall (Attempted Shared Dream with Windhover and Lmrhone)

Well guys I didn't have pleasant night/morning today. I remember going to a waterfall but it's foggy now. I wanted to try WILD during the night but the freaking noise distracted me a lot...I hate myself so much right now..
This is what I have for the SD attempt:

      4/2/13

      1. I am in a forest. There are large mountains flowing through the dreamscape with various buildings of solitude laced appropriately in the woods. Many cliffs are hanging below the beauty. I see in the distance the same exact spacious field that I was going to bury the body in from Katsuno's synch murder dream. There is another person with me, but I do not understand who. I cannot see their face. We find another person sitting on a cliff in thought. He resembled my dad at first, but then he changed into someone else I did not recognize. I go back to my house, but my family is fighting. I go back to the forest and intend to see the Asian Art Museum that was the center of the landscape. I must pay admission, so I just walk home. Before I leave the forest, I see a waterfall flowing over the cliffs.

      2. I am in a circular building with a group of people. Every room looks the same. We are running from something. We hide in a room, but I cannot lock the intricate door. I call for help, but no one responds. I run to the other section with some people, but the thing breaks in because of the unlocked door. He slaughters many. We run, but we keep slipping through the blood. Only a small number of people are left. Everybody is panicking, but I become lucid for no reason. Everything is clear and vivid. I remember everything suddenly. I become overwhelmed; I need to get back to the waterfall in order to share the dream. I feel the reality slip away, and my senses fade. I panic and twirl around, rubbing my hands. The dream regresses into a mere visualization of hypnapompia as I awaken.

      3. I am altar serving at some important mass, but it is not revealed to me what the mass is for.

      4. I am in my backyard with two other people. Once again, I cannot specify who they are because the dream is hazy. They joke around too much, and I begin to get mad at them because they are playing with my bracelet that I need for some important Christian ceremony that occurs annually. (It doesn't actually exist.) One of them throws the bracelet, and I have to look for it. I use the same one this year because I did not buy another one as the ceremony intends. I wait in line to go into the bathroom where everybody writes down their intent for the year in secret. I could not think of something, so I wrote a series of gibberish letters. The recurring pair was the two letters 'S' and 'D' together. I was not lucid.
