This should only move you up or down a few threads. Same forum.

Most people suggest keeping a dream journal. It works rather well, but I am too tired / lazy to be writing stuff down when I wake up in the middle of the night. So, I just lie in bed and think about my dream, and in most cases, why I should have become lucid. I usually remember most of my dreams when I get out of bed by doing that.
