I started getting lucid dreams very often during my exams.
here's what you need to do!

go to sleep at night whenever you normally do. then wake up a bit early.. like at around 8 a.m.
stay awake for about half an hour.. read the newspapers or something. (i used to get up and study) then go back to sleep. while you're falling asleep keep thinking of the newspaper or a computer screen in front of your eyes.. then you fall asleep slowly and you're lucid!

worked for me thrice in a row!

once you're lucid, think of a computer screen again and imgaine being pulled into it. everytime i'm fully in the screen, i feel vibrations and the lucidity becomes really strong..

A different version of WILD, using the focus in study as a visual anchor when falling asleep...

This is a good idea, and for those people that cant get to a computer first thing in the morning. wake up at whatever time you wake up (so your still tired) and if u have a gameboy play that in your bed for 20 mins, play a slow rpg game preferably.

Then go back to sleep thinking about how the game looked in the screen. worked for me, 8)

This technique is really good! I got my first lucid dream by using it, only after 4 days of knowing what lucid dreams are. Thanks!

this technique has done wonders for me. almost all my lucid dreams have been from just that simple focus in method.
