To Increasing The Odds

Two or more People have a meeting in a Lucid Dream

predictions.
We give this experiment its best chance by increasing the odds of it happening by way of volume and space. What do I mean by volume? As many people as possible at any given time. What do I mean by space? A single recognized place that would be easy to locate. These two factors would increase the odds of success.

Why It Will Work
Some people say they have a few Lucid dreams a month. Some say a few a week others it may be a year or a night. It does not matter. If Enoch people are participating and at the same location then how can we lose. The odds of success are in our favor.

(A). Do you believe it can be done? You can just simply post as little as the word (yes) if you are going to participate.

I might suggest the Statue Of Liberty.
Why because it’s easy to spot and most people know where it is.

I Think simplicity can be to or advantage and the number of participants can only increase it.

DT007, if I understand your poll correctly, you're asking if we would be willing to pick a place to try to meet while lucid dreaming.

I'd be willing to give it a try though I'm in a bit of a dry spell at the present time. :P

From my personal experience, this is a common misconception. You don't have a target place to meet, because then you'll just create it and probably a DC of the person/people. If you try to teleport to the person with no other expectations than to find the person, that's when some interesting stuff can happen. But just teleporting to a meeting place, you'll most likely have it just in your mind. Of course, that's assuming it can be done at all. Which I'm still skeptical of, despite my experience.

dreamtamer007. I believe it can be done. I think this would have to be a must in order for it to happen.

Over the chat I had discussed about a meeting place. Ironically I chose the Capital where as you said, " I might suggest the Statue Of Liberty." :o
Have you read through the Shared Lucids (http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10723) experiment. There is a lot of information that may help with your idea.
Your idea would seem to increase the odds.

I have no experience to speak of like you Gothlark other than what I have read and a few odd occurrances with my dream target.
However concerning the bold print in your quote, couldn't your mind still manifest its own creations through this approach too? Although it may be a more difficult approach for it to do so, or take more imagination. Although you go into it with no expectation our conditioned mind would react to each scene that would arise through targeting or happenstance.
What do you think?

It seems as though a few individuals have taken it upon themselves to begin some sort of dream sharing experiments. I wish that everyone would just join THE dream sharing experiment in the research forum.

Yeah, Howetzer, it's still possible for the mind to create the scene, but ALOT less likely than if you were to use the meeting place idea. That just makes sense to me, plus someone with even more experience than I do told me that bit of info. Nina, I agree with you on that. The official Shared Lucids experiment is probably where any related bit of theory should be posted.

Yea, Well, I'm just a rookie. Maybe I should ask Seeker if it could be moved to Shared Lucids experiment.

I can move whole posts from one forum to another but I am not sure about combining two Topics together.?.
At anyrate. I will link this topic to the shared Lucids one so members can click on this.
