Hey, sorry if this is the wrong forum.
I am interested in memory improvement. Does anyone know of resources such as books or free online services providing information on memory improvement?
On my search for improving dream recall, i read an account of someone who improved his memory to the point where he could memorise the order of a deck of cards in little time.
I did google it, but all the results were either pay-per-view or really vague, plagerised information.
Thanks for any help.

You should try out a technique called 'Image Streaming' its a fantastic method to improve memory.

(some useful sites - the great thing is its all connected to dream recall)
A book i can highly recommend on memory is :- "Learn to Remember" (Dominic O' Brien)
(cool 5 star review on Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1...7822389-9520450 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1900131935/qid=1113740276/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl/026-7822389-9520450)
GOOD LUCK!

Hey, thanks a lot.
I checked it out and it looks good and all, unfortunately I would get little time to do this as you need some kind of recorder, or at least be talking, and where I live that is not very possible for reasons I would rather not describe ;P
Does anyone know of any less subtle methods?
Thanks.

The Monroe institute (http://www.monroeinstitute.org/research/hemisync/hemi-sync.html) has Cds that have what they call hemi-sync audio sound tracks that get both hemishperes of the brain working in unison. This makng it easier to learn & remember.
Also writing down your dreams to improve dream recall does work and it seems to stem over into your waking life as well.

Very interresting. Wouldn't Image-Streaming be the perfect training for helping you with your hypnagogic imagery? And thereby help with WILD based on hypnagogic imagery?
Has anyone tried Image-Streaming and what were the result?
