Hello

Someone mentioned in another thread that they always went through sleep paralysis when doing WILD to lucid dream. I know this is not the same for everyone but could someone talk me through what happens.

I get SP lot and for years before I knew what it was, it terrified me. I now know what it is, but its still scary so I always wake myself up when it happens. What happens if you don't wake yourself up, does the fear subside? I also feel like my hands and head are shaking - does this stop? I've recently randomly started lucid dreaming and I'll like to try and increase the amount I have through using my SP if thats possible.

i can WILD really easy I've found ... I always go thru SP

if you read that link above it almost exactly describes what i go thru when I WILD, except for a few things. I usually find it easiest to do when im napping. I get home from school at 9:45, play video games/get on computer for a couple hours, eat lunch, then go watch TV and take my daily nap. I don't usually start my nap till about 2pm ...

As for the fear when you go into SP ... I usually get kinda wierded out by it when I first start to go into it and i stop myself and actually sit up to shake it off. Then I start over and it feels natural.

Gooood luck
