When you recall your dreams, and write them down, do you feel that you can remember them better than non lucid ones. Are they more vivid?

not necessarily, it's about the same for me.

I believe the amount of vividness in dreams varies. lucid and non.

That's interesting!! Does that mean that you have to work on recalling them after you wake up?

Do you wake up with the feeling that you had a great dream that makes you feel good about being lucid, or are the details of the dream that bring about the excitement?

I thought that I would remember a lucide dream like I would a movie.

well...now that I think about it, they are a little easier to recall. but I do still have to work on recalling details.

I know I can recall my lucid dreams alot better than my non lucid. Sometimes though I have a non LD that is so vivid that I can't believe I didn't get lucid at some point, and some of those would have been cool ones too.

I think is easyer than regular dreams. Especially when you wake up from them and not fall into the dream again. Because you know you are dreaming, you expect to wake up in your bed when you leave for the dream. It's a smooth transition.

My LD's are DEFINATELY more vivid than any ordinary dream, its like fireworks going off in my head(the colors) and all my senses are heightened...and its easier to remember them after i wake up

Yes, I agree to. LD are better to recall. For some reason before i took a brake from LD's I NEVER remember doing a reality checks in my dreams. I only remember up to the part where I realize its a dream or a little after. Even if I have no memory of the dream I sometimes get this feeling that I had a lucid dream and I would remember something very very vague or an event that lasted seconds. If it was a regular dream, I doubt I would remember even a little of it as opposed to LD's(hope that made sense)

This is why it is common for a person to wake up right after realizing he/she is dreaming, and becomming lucid, the vividness just makes people excited, too excited.
