A friend of mine broke my skateboard in half trying to do an ollie.
And I can't buy a new in a while beacause i'm way too lazy to get a job and i'm only getting 950kr(try figuring out how much that is) a month from some damn school fund.
Crapity craaaaaap!

I have no idea how it broke, I saw when it happened and it looked so unreal(it just broke, right in the middle)
I suck at doing fancy tricks(I just do(did) ollies).
One good thing about this is that I can "accidentally" break his if I wan't to(Muhahahahaha)
But if I really, really, really feel like skateboarding then I guess I could make him pay some amount of dough for a new one.

I skate street. I have a bike but it's not exactly one you use to do jumps with so I would have to get a new bike and a new bike aint exactly something I have enough money for(gotta buy beer y'know). Perhaps I should buy inlines...

boohoo, quit whining and get a job, lazyass. if your "friend" doesn't respect you enough to pay you back for your property that he broke, that's just too damn bad. get a job, or get better friends. or why don't you just do BOTH and make the world a better place! :D

I hate it when people tell me to get a job.... absolutely hate it... We were not born to slave some fucking gay 7-5 job. It all started when people started thinking unenployement and homelessness was a bad thing. There are homeless people that live very comfortably in the woods and eat and live fine. They dont have to work....I hate work.
If you think that is bad my stepbrother broke my $20 skateboard and in return he got a $100 Alien Workshop board which I wanted. I am never skateboarding again.
Skateboards break all the time. It isn't that bad.
Bruho: I hope you become homeless so you get your wish.

I'm right there with ya about that one man. I don't want to slave my whole life just so I can enjoy the last several years of it being retired, in which I will be old, ugly and probably lost all spirit. Society is so fucking backwards.

Yer Most of the time , by this Summer they will have completed the move and just using a nearby friends house to hold some stuff such as bikeing equipment soo it doesnt go rusty and some of there personal possetions... No one realy asks whats going to happen in the future they'l just take it as it comes and soo they may end up getting jobs and moving back into the system but at the moment it doesn't look likely.....

A job you can enjoy.... like what? Personally the only one I think I would want to do is build my own custom guitars and basses and uprights basses.

Yeah I think I've spent far to much time, effort, and my parent's money on a (kickass) degree that I want to shit on. Sitting at a computer for the rest of my life? The FUCK was I thinking! :?

No I'm not done yet. I wish.
It's my last quarter though. And I'll be interning this summer. After that, I don't know what I want to do. But I'd rather die than be an office monkey.
Hopefully I'll find a way to travel and just enjoy being young and free.

Sounds good to me :)
It's a shame you need money to be 'free'

Well I know that that was a sarcastic remark. It's to be expected from you Paperdoll.
I just hope that I can find something that makes me happy...whatever that may be. And I hope the same for everyone. Don't let anything or anyone hold you back from doing what you love, or what will make you happy. Our lives are far too short.

for most of us, i don't think there is a "kickass" job. if you do something for the bulk of your waking life, it will eventually become tedious, even if you once loved it as a hobby.
options are to either to learn to live with having 40 hours of your soul being sucked from you, and find some fufillment in the other 128 hours of the week, or to find a way of living VERY cheaply.

Yeah, if you're real lucky you could find that kickass job and work with people you like. But as you said, it will probably become tedious.
My mom hates her job, the only reason she's still working there is 'cause of the people she works with. But that's not the kind of life I'd (or anyone) prefer.
The perfect life would be doing what you love while supporting yourself. Not necessarily by making money, but that's still just a dream.

I have to get money this summer. God I hate money.
I feel like robbing a bank or something, no way I'm gonna slave my ass away in mcdonalds or something for a crappy wager. Damn money.

The concert was actually better than I thought it would be. it was so damn loud it felt like the building was close to falling apart.
Mm candy.
