View Full Version : Wishing
Demosthenes

A couple of nights ago I had a Lucid Dream. I don't know if I just was not aware enough or whatever but I could not do anything in the LD. I tried to fly but could not do it. Tried to make it rain but it didn't happen. I could not figure out what was wrong. So I remembered that one show on nick the fairly odd parents and how that kid gets whatever he wants by wishing for it. So I said "I wish I could fly!" and I did. I said "I wish I was home!" and I was standing in my living room. I found this method to be very efective in a LD. So when having problems controling Lucid Dreams I would at least give this a try.

That is a good idea, as Tim mentioned...
but others suggest it is easier to just 'let it flow', in other words, dont concentrate too hard, just let it happen...[free your mind]

Thats a great idea. I don't have trouble flying, but I do have trouble controlling it at will like how high I want to fly or to stay afloat at a certain altitude. I'll try that out

This is off topic, but I love how you can bump topics that are 6 years old on this forum without getting flamed.:D
