Hey all, i was reading this forum for some time now and i liked it. I never heard of Lucid Dreaming, until now. I got sucked in instantly. :D

Right now im reading Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge (currently on Chapter 2) and i just wanted to ask some questions.

What method(s) did you use when you first tryed to have Lucid Dream and how long were you trying before you got one.

You're starting out right by reading the book.

As for your question, I think you will get many different answers.
I had my first by accident. Currently, I use dream signs to signal when I am lucid.
Many here have use MILD, some have become quite good at WILD.

Some have had an LD after just one day of trying. Some have taken months.
The only advice I can give is, be patient and don't give up! It is truly a life changing experience.
