I have to go to the hospital in the morning to get a vain connected to an artery. I will be going on Dialysis soon because my kidneys are failing. I did a reality check and unfortunately this is all too real. I’m a little scared and just want to tell everyone Life Sucks.

Well guys, I chickened out. I called the doctors this morning and told them I would not be there. I know it’s not a smart thing to do because sooner or later I'm going to have to face the problem. My doctor tells me that kidneys do not repair themselves and just keep getting worse. I decided to try for a different procedure so as not to tear up my arm for the sake of dialysis. There is a method where they put a catheter in the abdomen and it fills with a fluid. This acts to filter the blood. I’m taking a chance by putting thing on hold. I will need to find a surgeon to due this in hopes that it wont is to late. :(

Hun, I know you are worried...but you are right, by putting things off you are really just making it worse. :( I am really worried about you. Just please don't let the fear get the best of you ok? Just educate yourself as much as you can and make the best decision for you, no matter how afraid you are.
Take care hun. ;)

sorry to hear things aren't so great, i hope things sort themselves for you.
the usual advice people give is "don't do anything you'll regret later". which is horrible advice, because it just adds more pressure and stress and worry to the situation, which you are obviously suffering badly from already.
so do whatever you need to do to give yourself a little breathing room.
once you've had a bit of time, the right answer will be obvious.
good luck.
