what step am i at?

i get to the point where my body feels light and paralyzed then i cant figure out what to do next to obe/astral project? does anyone know what to do?

I dunno going into a coma seems kinda fishy... Though I do believe there are specrals in the astrial plane..

I personally don't think going into oobe is 100% dangerous. I think a lot of good can come out of it. There's just as much danger as there is good things. There's dark and light in everything (lucid dreaming can be just as dangerous as oobe).

I would suggest before doing it (oobe) that you need to make sure you know what you are getting into and do your homework before actually trying.
