The msn contact update thing for me failed. It said it sent out invitations to everyone on my list, but it didn't.

oh weirdness, I saved "OpheliaBlue@gmail.com" in my profiles in the msn messenger field, but it didn't put a button thingy for msn on my posts. Anyone know why that is? I wonder if it's because it's a gmail account.

I don't think it puts that msn button thingy for anyone. At least I don't remember seeing that on anyone's post. You just need to click that profile button thingy to see that.

I might as well be wrong though.

Being a msn noob. I never knew that you could use anything other than hotmail addresses to register.

I guess I should also use this thread as an opportunity to announce that since my digital tragedy, I also have a new MSN account. It is Aratamete@hotmail.com. In addition, I also have an actual hotmail email account at which I can also be reached, though be warned, I will probably use it least among my other email accounts.
