PILD and RILD

Has anyone tried PILD or RILD (Punishment induced Lucid dream or Reward induced Lucid dream)?

I know from my psychology classes that negative and positive reinforcement does alter one's behavior. Do these methods work?

You mean like if i wake up without having a LD on my record that night, people can punch me in the face as much as they want. But if i do have a LD i get icecream?

Yeah. Pretty much, Jammy. Though I think I will take a cold shower, suggested one site, then to get punched as a punishment :D

hey why is a cold shower punishment? i take one every night! i used to shiver at first but now its mind over matter and it almost feels warm! very energetic it feels.

maybe u could use a REALLY hot shower as punishment. thats more like it! :mad: :mad:
