This method I made up and found it is flawless.
CRCILD= Constant Reality Check Induced Lucid Dream
Got a week or a month to spare? Do a reality check every 2 minutes. You have to do it properly or the rc will fail in the dream. I will not go into detail about the best rc methods, just do a rc that works. If you make it through the month or week doing this and you do not become lucid it will be a miricle and I will admit I am wrong.
As I have said it is the NEMESIS, of all methods. But it is also the most effective. When combined with a good sleeping cycle, the wake up go back to bed method, and good dream recall, it will not fail.
So if you badly want to become lucid and will do anything. Then this is the method for you.
Also it can be used with all the other methods such as WILD, MILD the lot. Just depends how many drugs you want to try, how much you can stand, and what you are willing to do.
Good luck any questions, I am here to serve you.

Doing that every 2 minutes seems a bit much, and would get tiring over time.
It does seem like a sure fire way to get the habit of doing them in a dream though.

well I hope to God that you will become lucid since reality checks will become like breathing to you (you would do it 518,400 times in a month) to me 518,400 times seems a little much for a month... this is a really radical approach that no one would be able to stick with so it will never be proven/ disproven
also I was wondering if you’ve actually done this

Yeah i was wondering that too.But the idea of it sounds like it would work.

SDT (you would do it 518,400 times in a month)
You calculated it!
I havn't done this method before.
As of this post, I will start the CRCILD method.
I'll see how long I can stand it for. If I last a month I will post the results.
If I don't last that long I will post the results anyway, when I have given up.
I'm going to be looking at my phone (which I use for a clock) alot. Better not lose it.

And i think Aquanina was right.
Now im not negative about your method... but every 2 minutes!!?
However ive had days where i did them comfortable often. For me thats every 15-20 minutes.
I think some distance between RC is a need. Relax abit before one do the next troughoutly.
But i think CRCILD could work well with WBTB? CRCILD(B-efore)WBTB

I think your right. I gave up. When I tried it last night, I noticed that u dont need to do one every 2 minutes at all.
21 a day is probally enough.but you get the idea. Do alot of reality checks. Space is needed between them.
There is one thing you can practice now and then that I think could help you stay lucid.
Thats doing a rc. Then even though your not dreaming keep you attention set and stay lucid for as long as you can before you forget.
That's pretty difficult and the most I can keep my attention is for about 5 minutes. May help you stay lucid for longer in dreams if you practice this.

Yeah staying lucid while awake is very difficult. But as you say it is one of the best training methods one can get for Lucid Dreaming :)

I find it a bit odd that you would post that a method is "flawless" and "100% certain" when you haven't even tried it yourself.
Personally, I think if you do that many RCs when you are awake, you would become so accustomed to them failing that they would likely fail in your dream as well. But I haven't tried it either, so I'm just guessing.
FWIW, I don't think any method will work 100% of the time for everyone.

Well like I said earlier, the Idea behind it makes it sound like it would work, because you would be so use to doing while your awake, you wouldn't be able to help but do it in your dreams also.

you could also call it "RDRC" random daily reality checks... and do them whenever you even think of them... worked for me twice in a row 2 days in a row...

i think if u questioned reality every 2 minutes every day would be a bad thing. i mean thats one of the biggest sideeffects/problems with doing drugs all the time. who knows what the long term effects of doing RCs that much would be. but i would have to agree that yes if someone did it that much it would DEFFINETLY work. i mean if you can buy a new videogame and play it all day for a week then dream all about it the next week then i guess that means it could work.

Certainly not '100% certain.' I wish people would stop advertising their methods like that - no technique can work for everyone!
This method seems a little excessive. Doing that many reality checks would be impossible to maintain. Furhtermore, doing RCs that often is going to give you a huge apathy when it comes to LDing, so it might even make it worse!

Its still not as extreme as the SIBILD method.
stay in bed induced lucid dream.
requirements: Extreme will power and dedication. (willing to die for a lucid dream)
Stay in bed until you have a lucid dream. Do not get out of bed. Do not do anything. If you fall asleep and are not lucid. That will teach you not to do that, now try again when you wake up even if you have had 16 hours sleep already. Do not get out of bed ever until this happens. Meditate until you get a lucid dream of some sort. Then you may get out of bed. I'm sure this would be an effective method.

I think you have a good idea
I think you have a good point as to increase your RCS. It would be an individual case each as to how many RC's could be tolerated per day. I think the most important thing would be that each RC performed be sincere and not just out of habit. The habitual performance and repeated act would be helpful when accompanied with a sincere effort to really discern if you are awake or sleeping. You would increase not only the habit of asking yourself and awareness question but also increase your desire to really know what state your in.
