Just curious, who has time to practice achieving Lucid dreaming? I read that if you have a dream and you wake up from it you should write it down, and if you want to catch yourself while you are dreaming you set an alarm for every 90 minutes. What if you go to school , or you have to get up to go to work everday at 6? There is no way I can wake up that often in the night without being a complete mess the next morning and stumbling through the day.On weekends there are sometimes early morning plans and then there is church on Sunday. How do you Lucid dreamers develope your lucid dreaming without messing up your daytime life?

Balance things out, if a technique like waking up every 90 mins affects your life don't do it and find a better suited technique. Also try not to make LD's the focus of your hole existence, you have a life outside your dreams so try and live that one while doing the LD stuff whenever you have the time. Weekends and holidays are you best chance to go flat out.
Also if you have a strick ruetine that never changes draw up a chart which shows when you can have LD related stuff and work.
Hope this helps.

I hate getting up early, and have a job that requires very little getting ready, so I get up 30 minutes before I have to be there, and still manage to write a page down in my dream journal, but I use a kinda shorthand only I understand, but who else needs to understand it, if I'm totally strapped for time I'll just write a few key points that stood out. Sleep is important to me, and I try to get no less than 7 hours, or I'm worthless anyways
