1. When anything WEIRD/ INCONSISTENT happens during the day, do a reality check.

If you accidently fall, even though people fall alot do a reality check.

If you think you hear someone call your name, but they really didnt do a reality check.

When you are in the shower, do a reality check. (the environment is alot different:cramped, steamy , usually a different color)

2. Do a few reality checks whenever you think about it ( I do about 20 a day or so)

In the past 4 nights I have had 3 lucid dreams. These have been my only LD's in several months since i stopped practicing all together.

3. Also I have been woken up for for about an 1-5 minutes near the end of my entire sleep. I have time to get to a clear thinking level, but I think it might help keep me aware enough when i slip back into a dreamstate.

i need to start my daily RCs again. i only do them now if i think im dreaming or if i think im in an FA. even though if i am in a real FA i dont do them......i guess the only way around this is to do a ton of RCs a day?

I try to RC whenever I think "Wow, that was weird" or anything like that. Whenever my surroundings change, for example, if I go outta my house, inside a car, into my house or any other place. And I try to RC every time I think about LDing, but that's kinda hard, since I think about LDing at least half my day.
