1.Start Remembering your dreams.
2.Think about something exciting
3.Fall asleep
4.Now if you feel like your movin under water in your dream, that's when you should realize you are dreaming
5.Your eyes should feel like they are closed, try to open them.
6.Try to do something on your own.
If it worked Congrats.

Sorry, but I don't see how that's a very good method for becoming lucid.
What works for one person may not always work for someone else. The important thing is that this must have worked for superfun64, and he was willing to share it with us.
Since this deals with swimming under water which I do not recall ever having done in a dream, I may not get a chance to try it, however for someone who spends a lot of time swimming this sounds like an excellent reality check, as they could very possibly find themselves swimming underwater in a dream. Another thing they might want to do is to try breathing while swimming underwater for a reality check.
Thanks for sharing.

With this did you mean like you have the feeling that you are in liquid... Sort of that the movements meets some resistance?
Is this when you are inside the dream or sort of when your in a black void?
Cause sometimes i realize im in a black void. Then all i do is to try moving, and then the visuals will follow after a while.

Actually, to be fair to you, I have had that feeling that there's some kind of viscosity in the air. I just don't get it often enough for it to make a good dreamsign.
