Thanks, Seeker. I was having a really crappy day till I heard that. I've done tech support over the phone and it is NO FUN! While I never had anybody like that woman I do know people that had screamers and criers. :D

Haven't been bothered 2 listen 2 that yet but i know how aggravating it can be in user support. I did work experience in IT systems support at a college when i was 15. The kind of stuff ppl want u 2 help them with:

Dramatization
User: My PC's not working
Support: Whats wrong with it?
User: The Screens gone Blank
Support: What were u doing?
User: Just Using Office
Support: Just Press the reset button
User: Its not working
Support: Power button?
User: Nothing
Support: Can u check around the back of the PC & check the cables
User: Hold On
User: What am i looking for?
Support: The largest black cable
User: It might be a bit difficult
Support: Why? cant u reach around the back?
User: No its not that its just theres been a power cut and all the light are out

Right click on link and select select 'Save Target As'.

right click on the link and hit save as, then you can open it in another audio player.
