Ok, I haven't tried this, but those of you smarter members on the bored, can you tell me if this sounds logical? I'll try this tomarow, I'm trying to get out of my awful sleep cycle today....

Ok, I call this method the 'CDILD'.

This stands for:

CD Induced Lucid Dream

Or, to get really technical, 'Compact Disc Induced Lucid Dream'.

Heres how you could do it. (Again, I have not tried it.)

1. Find a CD- try one that will keep your mind awake, but your body fall asleep. NOt something like Linkin park, or some other loud music. Something calm, and soathing, to help you fall asleep, but keep your mind up.

2. Every now and then, do a RC. Like, after each song, of if the CD is short, when the CD is over. (Be sure to put it on repeat!). Try the breathe through your nose meathod; that might be easiest.

3. Hopefully, you'll be dreaming!

Now, the point behind this is the same as the finger moving meathod. Only, you don't have to move, just focus on music!

I'm going to try this tomarow; I just wanna know if you guys think it sounds good. I think it might be good with WILD, or even better, WBTB.

alot of us have been doing things like this but with something better. brainwave mp3s. or a brainwave generator. believe me your mind has only scratched the surface of what is out there as far as CDILDS are concerned. heh. so far it hasnt been working as good as it should yet for me anyway. im still working on perfecting the volume on my brainwave generator so it can induce an LD. also i will be using leos hypnosis idea tonight in an mp3 i made also. check out the threads on brainwave generators and anything mp3 related.

It's better with a WBTB method, but might not be preferable with a WILD method

i have had tried this method before, but its an 50% chance you are likely to slip into a lucid dream i assure you done with a WILD, but if its done with a WBTB stayed up for about 45 mins or longer then it would probably increase your chances. :)

and it also may depend on the type of music you listen to, i hate classical music that puts me to sleep, :? , trance may wake you too much, but its bridge between classical or trance/ambient

try listening to artists which i am curently listening such as

Aphex Twin, Jega, J-Boogies

let me know if this may help, it might help some people :) lol
