how do u know when ur trying to hard to lucid dream?

anyway, i do not understand how u could try to hard! i mean, the more u ask yourself your dreaming, the better, right? i dont see how u could try to hard!

I tryed too hard and i admit it I had quit LD'ing but the next day i wasint thinking about LD's at all and i had one!! many ppl confirm this too and say just dont think about LD'ing and it will come. well guys have you ever TRYED to not think about LD's its imposible .l just keep trying and it will come! Just dont do what i did and quit now :P but i came back and im back w00t!!
