What is this "Recall" did i miss something?

is recall like continuing a dream u had the night before? or is it making it so u have a lucid dream? i would really like to know what recall means in dreams... thanks for your help!

Hey Neo Neo, since you answered my question, I'll answer yours lol, dream recall is like remembering your dreams, and that's supposedlly important because otherwise you would have a lucid dream and forget the next day, but thats just from what I read, hope I myself didn't sound too confused lol

oh yeah thx for reminding me of what dream recalling is. i think i'm better at recalling my dreams because once i fall asleep i forget all about trying to have a lucid dream lol. anyway thx.

There is no point in having lucid dreams if you dont even remember dreams. This is why recall is so important.
