today in psychology i learned about this thing called rem rebound. basically, if you do not get enough rem sleep in one night, they greatly increase the time spent in rem the next time they get the opportunity to sleep interrupted. has anybody tried this? i don't know how it would work, if you would just stay up all night or maybe you could time it so you wake yourself up every hour or two so you never reach rem sleep. then the next night, you would supposedly get more dream time. i don't know if it works, tell me what you think about it.

The only way i know is through the use of phychoactive herbal stimulants. While on the highER doses there will be very little or no REM activity. Then the next night dont use anything may take two nights. Try like 3 on 1 off this method alomst works everytime for me. Then have some vivid lucidity all night ive woken up feeling like i just drank an gallon of mountain dew and like ive been on a mission. One night i met up at a party and of all people Emeril Lagasi and some orher famous Dan Bonaduchy or whatever that cats name is. They had some hot blonde playboy looking ladies. We just drank and stuff it was sweet it seems like the dream lasted all night wih so many twists. I need to start writing this stuff down.
I am not promoting the use of mind altering drugs just telling you what ive learned.

Well last week I drank too many days in a row, and when you drink it reduces rem sleep, well when all of it was out of my system I had dreams so vivid it's incredible
