I have a few questiongs about it, i was hoping someone here can help me!

1. During WILD, u are supposed to feel vibrations, are these vibrations the same feeling u get when your leg or arm falls asleep from being in the same place for too long? b/c when i once tried WILD, thats what i felt, was that the vibrations?

2. I managed to experience hypnotic images, so i just let the images flow for about 10 or 15 mineuts, i soon got tired of it and gave up. how long do hypnotic images occur?

3. what are u supposed to do after u see hypnotic images? im sorry, i just find WILD really confusing, please help me!

I must add to this, as I need help with the exact same thing! I have the same questions and everything, except I never even really had that much imagery or anything...

Hey Goddess and Khaz :)

Let me try answer your questions..

1. During WILD, u are supposed to feel vibrations, are these vibrations the same feeling u get when your leg or arm falls asleep from being in the same place for too long? b/c when i once tried WILD, thats what i felt, was that the vibrations? [/b]

It is not absolutely necessary that you feel these vibrations. Some people experience with very very minimal vibrations, or none at all. And by all means don't worry about what you are supposed to feel, everybody is different, its hard when it comes to things like this as to making up a list of 'what will happen' ;)

However, the sensations you mention (like your arm or leg falling asleep) is very possibly the beginning of the 'vibrations' you get when WILDing. They might get alot more intense like that..some people (and I had it on occasion) describe them to be 'painless electrical shocks'. :P

2. I managed to experience hypnotic images, so i just let the images flow for about 10 or 15 mineuts, i soon got tired of it and gave up. how long do hypnotic images occur? [/b]

These images can go on forever or last only for a little :) It all depends on how long you are going to take to get your body to relax more and 'fall asleep'. When you just start out, people often get stuck in this stage..just keep practising and at some point these images might turn into actual dream images, and finally you'll be able to enter a dream.
Some people, like me, skip the actual 'dream images' and just enter a dream straight away. You just have to be patient and keep your mind clear. Go with the flow of images, don't surpress them but don't get sucked into them either. Be an observer

I guess that answers your third question too..for alot of people the flashes and colorful paterns will gradually change into actual scenery or things..and from there it is possible to enter a dream. :)

I hope that helped abit ^_^

the first time i felt real vibrations, i was shocked out how painFUL they felt. like very strong electric shocks. i dont usually ever see random HI floating around anymore. i pretty much just find myself in a short dream in which i quickly come out of and find i am either paralized or soon after, get the vibes and SP.

you should work on getting in trance state. most of the time you will find you just fall asleep at this point. but sometimes u will come out of it and be aware and this is good. youll know what it feels like. from there u can get SP pretty quick and vibes.

One more question, on SP....

When in sleep paralysis, can you move, or do you just feel kinda paralyzedish? After all, when I gave up on my attempt, I was still able to move everything right away. It just felt kinda weird.

As for the vibrations, I didn't experience anything nearly that intense. I did get a weird wavy sensation, like my bed was contorting in strange ways, though.

And I get close to zero imagery. My mind was just WAY too awake, I think. I don't know how to change that...

In sleep paralysis, you cannot move. You might be able to barely move your finger or something but other than that you shouldn't be able to really. I think the other experiences vary for each person.
