So here's a method I have sort of come up with for definite reality checks, however it has only worked once. I was in a dream and wanted something to help me check if i was dreaming, and on a table I created a book titled "My Book of Dreamsigns." On every page is a different dreamsign i.e snakes, a friend that moved away, my phone, and on the last page is a picture of the book itself. I placed it in a shoulder bag that i should find i am wearing when i am dreaming, mand whip it out whenever i want to check if i am dreaming, the idea being if i can do it then i am dreaming. Like I said, it worked, once.
