How to fight with your thrill in LD

I have a problem when i am in LD world i began to thrill with joy and my heart beats very fast and i can't stop it then i i began to lose LD world how to fight with that shit my thrill :mad:

try to focus on your senses. rub your hands together and concentrate on the feeling of your hands touching each other.

About fighting your thrill, youll get used to it after a couple lds. whenever i become lucid now i think cool, i made it but its not too much of a shock like it used to be. now the real thrill is actually doing thrilling stuff in my ld. :D
