If I remember correctly that was taken in Montana. A lot of people were upset by it, though for some reason and tried taking it off of the Net, but a bunch of people had already downloaded it.

wtf. now that is what I call animal cruelty. I'll admit the bear on trampoline was funny, but come on, but I don't care if he landed on his shoulder not his head. HE IS NOT ALRIGHT.
And about teh lightning one that was just SAD. NOT FUNNY. Anyways why the fuck was the bear climbing the pole. That is terrible. Anyone who laughs at the electricity one it completely fucked up. And yes, I do consider animal rights very important.

And if a bear gets in a tree, what should be done? It's really stupid to say it's animal cruelty if they use a tranqualiser dart and a tramploline, ment to keep the bear save. And they did. They didn't Want the bear to fall off. They should have shot him with a shotgun. That's animal cruelty.

No one wanted to bears to get hurt, so it's not animal cruelty.

:sorry: Sorry, I was a bit pissed off after watching the videos. I was referring more to the lightning one on animal cruelty. If the bear was scared enough to climb an electiricity tower, there is something wrong. Though I think it would have been nice if there were multiple tramplines so the bear bounces off one and lands on the other before bouncing to the ground.

Well the bear could have landed in between trampolines... There wouldn't really be a totally good way of solving the situation.

At least the bear lives, other creatures like rabbits that colide with human culture don't live under a car's tires ^__^
