hey i found out about lucidity a few days ago and this mornig i thought i woke up and i herd a piano playing and i dont have a piano and my cd players were off and everything but then i said holy shit im dreaming so i closed my eyes and then i sat up in bed could this be a LD? :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: [/quote]

I think that is a good start; you just have to learn how to extend that thought without waking up. Then the next step is controlling what is happening in the dream. But I think the first step may be the hardest sometimes, so you are probably on your way.

nice job man. it looks like you've got some real talent. i personally haven't had any lucid experiences yet but i will keep trying. keep me posted on your expirences, and keep working. ;)

You had a false awakening, which sometimes work to induce lucidity. :) If at any point in a dream, you know you're dreaming - that is a lucid dream. Good job! :)

That happens to me every so often. I will hear the dryer going in the middle of the night, when I know it is not going. However, I only get low level lucids from this. The good thing is, my best years are ahead of me.
