Hey everyone, hows it going.

Ok since Ive discovered lucid dreams(5 days ago) that is all that ive been thinking about. I joined this forum, read tones of stuff on the internet, and even bout Dr. Laberge's book. Ive been doing a few reality checks even(atleast 5 a day), and im always wondering whether im dreaming or not. So ive pretty much been doing everything recommended to attain lucidity. Before last week, I would remember very few dreams, and i for sure never wrote them down. However, I have always been interested in dreaming and have bought a few dream interpretation books in the past. Of course, none of them helped because I didnt have that many dreams to interpret. (those books are stupid anyways)

Ok so for the last five days I have been thinking about dreams non-stop. This has come to be a good thing because for the last five days I have remembered atleast 1 dream every night, and each of them were actually very long! This is good!

But last night I had a dream that made me question how easy lucidity will come to me. I was dreaming that my dad was taking a shower in my bathroom(my dad lives far away). So while he's taking a shower, i keep poking my head through the door because were having a conversation. Even though hes kind of hard to hear because of the water I clearly made out that he was telling me he was trying this new thing called "lucid dreaming." I thought, what a coincedence, and told him I was doing exactly the same, and then I told him about this forum!

Ok, that was the end of that part of the dream(continuation will take too long to type) but what I found really disturbing was that after I awoke and remembered this part, I couldnt believe that it didnt tip me off that I was dreaming! I mean, here I am, my dad, who doesnt even live in the same country, taking a shower, in my house, talking about lucid dreams while he takes a shower and i didnt even realize I was a dreaming!!! AHHHHHH!

So another funny thing that happened last night/this morning is this. I woke up at 2 this morning because I went to sleep very early, and when I awoke, I only rememembered the dream i just explained above with my dad. So I wrote down that dream in my dream journal like ive been doing for the past few days, and then, having nothing better to do, i decided to read what i had written down for my dreams from the past few days. Well I had a dream 2 nights ago(14th) where i made out with a good friend of mine, but the funny thing was, it felt really wierd when we were kissing, and we both started laughing because both our mouths felt like we had cotton mouth. So I read this part in my dream journal and then, whoa! I remembered another dream i had last night! Actually, I dont remember ALL of it. But the most important thing I remember was that I
was making out with someone else(again) and again our mouths felt very wierd!

The only thing I could get from that is that maybe it will become my dream sign, if it happens in one more dream than I will deffinitely try and make it my dream sign. I mean, who wouldnt want there dream sign to be making out with chicks? eh.
