Ok this is pretty simple.

Poster1: The good news is, I made the Olympics.

Poster2: The bad news is, its the special Olympics

the good news is.....

Or if you wish you can go with bad news first.

I know my examples suck but I'm sure you guys can come up with some good stuff.
I'll go ahead and start.

The good news is, I am now passing all my classes
