Yes I've heard about chocolate being an effective ld aid; darker chocolate more effective.

But, I thought of something that might prove to be better. What about A HOT CHOCOLATE? Simply because it contains both chocolate and warm milk. One problem: My hot chocolate mix isn't really chocolate. It has only a few ingredients in it, cocoa being one of them. Does cocoa work the same way chocolate does? Or am I just stupid? :-P

EDIT: Yes, yes I know...there already is a chocolate topic, I should have just posted this there...(I found it like ten minutes later, couldn't remember where before lol)

Well Cacao is the rough prouct of Chocolate: it contains Cafeïne, The main Female hormone (Don't know it's english name) and some other rather ''Stimulant'' slightly psycho-active compounds.
Milk holds Calcium, which breaks down B6 I believe, so it may affect your dreams. And the warmth of the drink, as does Tea and Coffee, makes you physically relaxed.

So it'd be a combination of Milk, Chocolat and the Relaxing Heat of the drink.
I like the idea of doodeling around by experimenting with combinations of Foods and drinks containing sleep&Conciousness-affecting substances. also the Temperature plays a roll: Cold will make you more alert, aware and concious while warmth makes you more drowsy and dreamy.

I like playing around with it, fine tuning it, to find a perfect combination, Dose and Timing of these factors that increase Dreamvividness, Recall and Lucidity/Conciousness. Keep doing it.

Thanks, I'm still going to try this, as it might vary from person to person. Hot-chocolate all the way!

Yeah that should work the same, only I'm going for hot chocolate 'cause it's hot/warm (might work better too).
