Hey, Im new to Lucid Dreaming and I have been training for about... say 5 days? but I cant seem to be able to remember my dreams no matter what I do. Yesterday I tried a Multi-B vitimin that contained vitimin B6 in it but I didnt notice any difference will this change with time? A few days ago I tried nutmeg... Worst mistake of my life, I had little things chasing me and I ended up kneeling over my toilet bowl all night, and that didnt help my dream's either. I have been trying to keep a dream diary but all that I have been able to remember was "I was at school and I was anxious" that sucks, is there anything that will help me remember my dreams? I know B6 will help me, but I cant get any of it for at least another week. (I just added in the demon thing because it was bugging me, little bastard was just begging to be used :-P)

Hmm, well I've noticed I can recall dreams easier when I actually try the methods to reach lds. E.g. DILD, MILD, RC, etc.

What might be best for you, is to (after some ld methods before sleep) wake up slowly: Keep you eyes closed; stay away from bright light (apparently bright light affects dream recall) and actually think about what you're thinking (I know that sounds funny, but you might be ignoring a slight memory). Stay relaxed for a short moment if you need some time to remember, if not, write your dream away!

I wouldn't rely on B6 that much, even though it does make your dreams more memorable and vivid-that might depend on who's taking it.

Also, there's a chance you might remember your dreams during the day, so don't worry too much if you don't in the morning.

Hope it helps a little. :)

Thanks, any info on the multi-B vitimin? Would it help at all?

I don't know much about vitamin B6, all I know is:

*It helps a little in how conscience you are when dreaming.
*It helps make your dreams more vibrant and detailed.
*It therefore may help you remember your dreams a little better.
*Can be found in juices and healthy foods and drinks. So, drinking a glass of juice before bed may help I guess. A multivitamin pill should work, if it contains B6.

So what exactly is nutmeg?

Beleive me, never try this. Its a spice that gives you (as I found out) hallucinations and stuff, stoners use it to have a legal "high" I wish I knew that before I tryed it :S

What is it? Are you confusing lds with lsd?

Take it 1.5 hours before you go to bed with not too much water or else you might wake up to take a piss in the middle of the night when you might be LDing.

Oh I'm a little slow aren't I? I asked what nutmeg was and then when you replied, I asked you what you were talking about! Nevermind I know what you mean (silly me).

Oh, if you haven't seen it already there's a B6 article in the tutorial section.
