I've been brainstorming how to remember to RC during the school day without a noisy alarm wrist watch. I came up with two possibilities so far.
1) You could write "RC" or "Reality Check" on all of your binders or an item you use often (a pen or calculator)
2) You could use the bell system, if your school offers one, as a reminder to RC.

Note:These are just the results of my brainstorm. They are not tested ideas.

If anyone else can offer an idea or a solution they found please share it. :D

I don't want to sound pessimistic, it's a good idea, but would that mean that you would only do an rc when you hear the school bell (in a dream) for example? You've gotten into that habit of doing it at a certain time, so maybe you'll only do it then...I don't know, maybe you'll dream of school more often..(ok I'm sitting on the fence again)

You don't always have to RC to a dream sign. If that were true, you may end up RCing !!Once A Day!! :eek:

I personally don't like the Bell one anyway, because when the bell rings, your more into talking with friends or getting to class to actually RC. Of course if you have no friends or classes then your all set. :wink:
