100mg is the bare minimum to take to have any effect at all. or so i've heard. i had 90mg in my multi-vitamin which tasted like fish food (yes. i have had fish food before) and didn't do a thing. so i don't recommend a multi-vitamin. as for how much is in bannas and stuff i would type it in on wikipedia or something.

It's not nearly enough, maybe 2 mg or something.
You should buy vitamin B complex tablets, with 100 mg of B6 in them, or just standalone B6 pills, with 100 mg in them.
