Are you saying that we can go off topic on this thread if we want? Sweet! Because if that's the case :offtopic: I just wanted everyone in dreamviews know that I choose Pepsi over Coke. I just love drinking Pepsi.

I've got a certain Middle Eastern Species of the Mint plant in my Garden. It's sweet mint, not as sharp as peppermint. I always put those in my Tea. Really really tasty and calmative.

I like mint tea and drink it most nights. But I haven't seen any correlation with LD frequency.

(Also experimented with chocolate and dairy).

So far I haven't seen any posts with people have continued success (more than 2 weeks of nightly LDs) with any one food or substance.

The Middle Eastern Species of Mint I have is nicknamed naana Ikama in Oriental Countries ( From Marocco to Iraq I guess ) and it is said to have STIMULANT properties. In a middle eastern Cookbook I have, covering Foods, spices and drinks of Tunesia, Marocco and Algeria this is prescribed and it sais it is not a good idea to drink Mint tea prior to bedtime.

However my Brain responds differently to most Simulants than other people (ADHD?) as Coffee and Tea makes most people very wakefull and energised. It only serves to make my mind Clear and wakefull, but at the same time my body relaxed and somewhat sleepy.

So I'm going to experiment a bit with Mint tea prior to sleep. Maybe I can make a Mint Extract that is more potent in these properties.
