TRASH TALK!

I got irritated the other night trying to relax and focus on Ld tecniques. I have had a dry spell. So a few nights ago I was lying there frustrated and I kind of got pissed.
I told myself. Bring it on subconciuos. You got sothing to show me? Somthing to hide? Prove it. Come to me for a change. I was trash talking my subconciuos.
Did I have a Lucid dream? No. But it might work for someone else. I did have three very intrigueing and vivid normal dreams though.

Well seeker. You usually do not learn much from getting frustrated. And since I did not Lucid dream I cannot say I have learned anything yet!
But For some reason I feel it can work. So I am going to give it another try. But trash talk before I even get to the point of frustration.

i get all sorts of pissed at my subcon all the time...i tell it 'i can see you back there...meddling...i know what you're trying to do, and it isnt going to work, so stop trying' stuff like that...usually whatever feelings were coming from my subcon wanes for the time being to a degree, but later comes back stronger...stupid subconcious...ILL GET YOU YET! *grr~*

Because of the way the mind works trash talking simply won't work.
I mean, I could sit here and tell you why but that's not needed. Just please trust me here, it won't work. The end. No puase, no coma.

But you know what I will. You people need to hear this.

Your view of your subconscious mind directly affects how well you will be able to do such things as lucid dremaing or other mind techniques. If you believe it to be this mysterious entity in your head then it will be hard for you t oget places. If you believe that you have control over it and yet and still it gives you insight on what you do then your good.

Also calling your subconscious mind stupid with such emotion will make it think it's stupid. You see, your subconscious mind does not judge what you say to it. It simply takes it and believes it. That's how people who are in there teens can still be afraid of the dark even though they know there is nothing there in the dark. It's there subconscious mind telling them.

Put negative shit in your subconscious mind is not cool.

Even more so the subconscious mind is more resceptible to nice words than harsh one. Why do you think hypnotists have this nice ass fluxiating style and shit.

So yeah, now you learned something.

Who are you to say what will and will not work for me. Fact of the madder is, on sunday night that method did work for me.
It is just like getting pumped up for a game of b-ball. Somtimes you have to give yourself a kick in the ass.
You said yourself what you tell your subconcious it will believe. Well what better way of doing that than aggressivly. It does not have to be negetive in manner.

Not all people have the same confidence level as the next and if trash talking my subconcious works then that is what I will do. And furthr more the Lucid dream I had happen to be a good one.
