Don't expect miracles though. I've found that Melatonin is great for helping you relax and have long REM cycles in the morning, but have not found that it increases lucidity any. Although the dreams are much more vivid.

I don't know if everyone is this way, but I've found that the Melatonin/B6 combination give me a headache and leave me feeling kind of out of it the next day.

Please consider starting with the minimum dosage.
