Nose Bleed

I know this is a strange question but has anyone got a nose bleed when they were wilding. Also how do you stop them because i have heard about fiften ways to hold your nose to stop them and even that the other ways are dangerous.

Pinch your nose and lean forward to get all the nasties out.

I just grab a good book and go hover over the toilet, blowing my nose every once in a while. I don't know if it's right, but it works for me.

Weird that you should say that. My mother and i went through a period of having very strange dreams in which we would both wake up with a bad metallic taste in the back of our throats. It wasnt until later that i realised that taste was blood. My mom also woke up with her nose piecing bleeding everytime even though she´s had it for ages.

I´ve always been told just to relax and tip your head forward until it finishes running out. You wont die if you tip your head back but forward is better.

I dont think it has anything to do with WILDing... its probably getting really dry in your room because of the season change and stuff, and the pollen is coming out really bad, try putting a humidifier in your room or a fan to circulate the air..

But no worries.. dont stop wilding...
