What's Your Reality Check Of Choice?

I pinch my arm for reality checks. I like this because it's easy and can do it anywhere and anytime.

When I did it in a dream, it felt more like a vibration then a pinch, and I realized I was dreaming (the was last night, I had my first good lucid dream).

I find putting my finger through my hand works for me. I used to like holding my nose but it can look a bit odd in public!

Finger through my hand is what I usually do, but I focus almost entirely on WILDing.

Nose RC. It's the only one which has worked consistently for me. When I do it in public, it just looks like a have an itchy nose, I don't know why people are so self-consiouss about this one.

Well...I might change mine (double-checking my watch) because it didn't work last night (though I became lucid a bit later in the dream...It might have helped)...
I might try the pinching one...or the finger-through-object (the thing is, you really have to think you can do it for it to work no?)

I compare my wristwatch to a wall clock. The times never match when I'm dreaming.

I just grab each one of my fingers and count them as I do it. I do this for each hand...you never know.

yeah i do this one too, i do it dering school but nobody really cares. im invisable to everyone else anyways lol. :content:

I've always used the nose RC, it's definatley my favorite.
