That actually did happen to a friend of mine when I was in high school. He was sent to the office for loudly cussing while the teacher was in the hall (and now that I think about it, late for class). I was sitting right next to the kid, and I know for a fact he didn't cuss at all. Later that day, I went to the high school principal and told him the deal. The principal was an old friend of my family's, and I could tell he believed me. My friend was in no trouble at all after that, and the teacher wasn't there the next year (But that is because he was a shitty basketball coach.). So my suggestion is for you to get the most trustworthy students in the class to email the principal and tell him the truth. They can also email your parents. But if you get cheats and thugs to do it, you will just look manipulative and be in even more trouble. I taught school for a few years, and I know how this stuff works. Get the best witnesses you can get, and the teacher will look ridiculous, if what you are saying is the truth.

So, why would your teacher just make that up when there were so many people in the room who could say otherwise? Did somebody else yell and she thought it was you? Or did she hallucinate? This doesn't sound like a very hard case for you to crack.

i sit in the corner, she put me there. i was upset tht day, and i wasnt talking. than when the announcments came on we all got up. shes athe kind of teacher thats yells whicked loud. she yelled "EVERyOEN SIT DOWN NOW!" some kids were alughing, i just sat down. the announcements ended, and she said my name and my friends name, stay with me after class. kids went ohhhhh. she told me shed give me a detention if she wasnt busy this week, and this is my final warning. i was like wtf!?!?!? i didnt say tht though. its stupid, im ungrounded now.
