I really don't know if this will work, but it is a simple version of my last post. You need only a basic level of visaulization, which is closing your eyes and visualizing something in front of you. Well you don't need to see the object, but you have to feel that something is infront of you even if it invisible. A square is a good object to start with.
The basic method:
1. Get into a really relaxed position, and begin to forget about the outside world.
2. Now notice the feel off your body on your bed. Bring the sense of touch in front of you out of your body e.g. like you did when you visualized something in front of you.
3. Keep this up for ten minautes and your sense of touch in front of you will become a HI. The image infront of you can be random.
The HI or dream image produced will be really realisitic, however I have only done tried this two hours ago, which was weird as their was people walking and a newspaper I could read. I wish it was easier to explain what I mean, but I guess it just something you need to find out yourself.
