people, lately I took a major step leading to a successful performance of the Wild techniquè

I can get to SP stage whenever I get to sleep now

It's really odd. I am there, focusing on whatever, and then, I feel my body i na strange way. It's like I feel my body as not being my body (clarification? ok) I feel my body as if it was far away.. as if it was someone else's body, not mine.

Then I get this strange feeling, just like the one you get when you are about to go on a roller coaster ride. It gets closer, closer, closer, and suddenly..... vibrations.. those come so oddly that it gets hard to deal with

Well, after that, I simply can't move forward.. can't go on with the vibrations.. they just fade and I feel my body is back to normal :(

need support on what to do next lol :bigteeth:

5$ for the first one to help me, 2$ for the second one. Thanks for your time :content:

I think that when you get to the vibrations, that you are very close to an LD. I've heard from other people, that you just have to stick with it, until your dream scape builds around you. Try combining it with a WBTB (wake back to bed). Like wake up a 2 in the morning, and then try to wild, people say that that helps alot. Hope i could help you.

P.S., are you serious about the $5?

Bah, you know, actually when I feel those, I usually lose my concentration, and start tinking too much and lose the vibrations

yeah I'm gonna try WBTB.. I'm doing this by just going to sleep normally as I would in a normal night

by the way, there are moment in my dream when I can feel my body (my real body I mean) It's hard to explain.. it's pretty much like lucidity, but without being lucid mwahuahauahaua

Also, today I was feeling really drowsy when waking up... then I thought "I am dreaming!!!!" then I got up and tried a RC and.... I wasn't dreaming :bigteeth: but I'm pretty sure i was still asleep when I thought "I am dreaming!".. guess I'm making progress

P.S., are you serious about the $5?[/b]

Completely serious! Come withdraw it here in Brazil, shall you?

I've never gotten vibrations, but I have WILDed. Was there any HI? Did you do this right when you went to bed or was it WBTB? I suggest concentrating on your dreamscape when the vibrations happen, and do an RC when they are over, even if it doesn't feel like you've moved. It could be an FA, that happened to me once, but not with vibrations.

I want my $2.

I have done naps in which I tried to do WILD, but I also got only as far as vibrations... well, everything went really dark (as if the curtains had been drawn completely), falling sensations, and then really bad vibrations all over my body, the usual hypnogogic sensations. Couldn't sustain it long enough though, but I did find it interesting. Might give it a try today or tomorrow if I can spare some time (Uni assignments must be done! >.< ).

Hey, do you have paypal???

I have hallucinations, yes, usually related to movement (a hallucination I remember clearly was me watching a car wheel accelerating. But the wheel was standing still, and the car was spinning LOL)

by the way I usually induce hallucinations, and once I do, I try to stay aware aswell..

about vibrations, it's not like a vibration, but vibration is the best word to describe it... just like someone said, it's like a blanket beign taken off, leaving you face-to-face to complete and infinite darkness...
It is just like diving from an enourmous high.. you feel yourself falling down, getting closer to the water, and when you least expect, you feel the cold wet sensation diving provides you

and bah I didn't do WBTB, nor anything else, no technique, I just get to bed just like I would in order to have a good night of sleep, daydream a bit so that I get relaxed, then I induce the hallucinations.. but these are like a snowball: all I do is slightly move the hallucination snowball, and it goes down the mountain and gets bigger by itself

usually I try to associate my feeling with what I see, for example, if I feel like I'm spining, I imagine myself in a tornado, and when I feel I'm falling, I imagine myself in a surreal infinite space.. (love these ^^)

but still, no matter how hard I try, I guess the fellings scare me a bit in the beggining, and so the hallucinations fade, then the vibrating feelings fade, and then sleep state fades, and voilà I'm awake :'(

PS: Luna, I'll give you the $2 if you pay my flight to wherever you live :P

EDIT:
no I don't have paypal mwhaUAHAUAHAU

I've experienced this before I know exactly what you mean. It feels like you're lying in bed with yourself. very Split-personality-ish Freaky :P I believe this is when we dissociate from our physical body and our Ego detatches from it.

I've also once experienced a bright light in front of me when I had jussed gone through the entire SP process. I tried moving forward into the light. Whenever I did I felt a rollercoaster sensation too intense for comfort. After each time I calmed myself and tryed it again. 5 times in total. Then BAM! morning. I fell asleep unconscious. Too bad but I was really close.

You're close. I found the vibrations very weird to get use to as well. It really freaked me out for a while but now i just relax into it.

Am i right in presuming you try this when you first go to bed at night? If so that might be your problem. Even if you sucessfully WILD at the beginning of your sleep cycle, your REM period (the period in which you dream) will be very short.

Every time i've sucessfully WILDed its been a midday nap. On a day off, try get up as soon as you awake, have breakfast and be really active for about half an hour to an hour. Then go back to sleep, relax and stay still. Sometimes i count my breaths in and out while thinking "im dreaming".

I hope this helps :)

Although I haven't successfully WILDed, I can get into SP. I find if you try not to get too excited, panic when the rollercoaster kicks in, it helps. Also... try to increase the sensations if you can, it's hard to describe but push them, intensify them. Oh and on a side note: It is sooo much fun when you're in sp and you imagine yourself doing a flip in the air or spinning or something. Although I don't see anything it feels so real!!!
