Are You Sick Right Now?

Seems like just about half the people I know and a lot of folks around here are dealing with sore throats, coughs, stuffed noses. Myself included. Did the whole world come down with something?

I have had a few minor colds throughout the winter, and fever and infection in my tooth flesh when my wisdom teeths started to grow into my teeth flesh. I had fever and my jaw was hurting and difficult to open properly for about 4 days. I ate just as much food as usual despite that, though; I'm afraid of losing muscle weight. Fortunately I got rid of the infection when the dentist injected antibiotics in the infected flesh.

I voted yes, and it's too bad I can't vote for everyone else that I know because EVERYONE around here has been sick - and not just allergies - a crappy cold. I'm better now, but I swear I've been sick more this year already than in previous years combined. I hope I got it over with early and now I'm good for the rest of the year.

I had a night about two weeks ago where I kept throwing up. Not pleasant, but fortunately I got over that pretty quickly. Other than that, I haven't been sick for over 2 years...

The flu this year is pretty bad, with high fever (my cousin had 105 degrees.) I think it's still going around.

I know! Especially for an adult! My Aunt and his wife called for me to try and get him to go to the ER, but he wouldn't go. I told them if he gets delirious, call an ambulance anyway. He got thru it tho.

Nope. I've been at the peak of health lately. Which is strange, because on wednesday I spent four hours in the cold rain... I almost had a runny nose, but it cleared itself up overnight. :o

about two months ago pretty much everyone i knew got the flu. i ended up getting it (it was nothing). but that was like two months ago.

Nope, not sick. I have maybe 1 or 2 colds a year (if I'm unlucky) and that's all. I've probably only been hit once by the flu, in my entire life.

I did get a bit sick at a computer LAN I was at, with my clan, but that was because I had drunk too much shit and eat too much chips and stupid stuff :) . I did end up throwing up twice, but yeah, throwing up because of a lan has only happened to me that one time.

wow, i thought i wasn't alone, i got a dry throat on saturday, and now i got a cold, i didn't go to sleep last night because i kept having to hack up mouthfuls of mucus, its rather weird that everyones getting ill at the same time

I usually do not get sick but this time I did. I was around a bunch of kids this month and they always get something from school during the early spring. I was there visiting friends and their kids jumped all over me. so yesI have been sick.

Dunno, dont tihnk so. The only thing I'm officially allergic to is Pennicillin. And it's not as if anything weird makes me all itchy, I just have a lot of mucus randomly.

Actually you can say that I am sick but I'm just getting over it. It was going around my school but I thought that I missed it, guess not. I only took a day off, but I'm through the worst of it.

Boy howdee... my throat feels like raw hamburger.

I'm pounding the raw ginger into me by the teaspoonfull in my orange juice. Also, sucking on cepacol lozenges. It's not strep but it flippin' hurts.

I've had a headcold for the past week and a half, and I'm guessing it's from the plants (or maybe it's just a bug going around). I've never had allergies before.
