Its Dream Reasonator here
I have very vivid dreams and I am excelent at my recall, I can average three a night. I know some of my personal signs, they are:
1) Moving in slow motion, I hate it when I'm trying to go fast and I can't properly function.
2) Problems with the Cops, I've never had major Problems in Life but in Dreams I seem to find trouble.
3) My little Brother being a lot bigger than me, He is still fourteen and I hope it does not happen.
I can pick these out almost every other night in my dreams, But no Ability to become Lucid
I would love some suggetions and I hope to Become Ludic soon. :)

My only advice would be that when you see your brother do a Reality Check like holding your nose and see if you can breathe. If you do something simple like that, then it'll become a habit and you'll do it in your dream, thus giving you lucidity (maybe). As far as the slow motion and cops I can't really say what would work best. As long as you RC during wakefulness when: you see something strange happen or when you get frustrated, then there is a much better chance you will RC in a dream and become lucid.
I have that same dream sign of not being able to run when I want to. Feels like I'm running in water or something. I get frustrated in my dreams when that happens, so now I RC when I get frustrated in real life. Lately whenever I dream about running in slow motion I become aware I'm dreaming.
Hope that helps.

1) If Ur not moving slow....Ur not dreaming.
2) If Ur brother is smaller than U.....Ur not dreaming.
So U can incoporate this criteria before U do an RC.
I call it differential dreamsigns technique...which is recognizing differences in the dreamsigns between the real world and the dream world. This conditioning may take quite long to burn into the subconcious but it can be done..I did it before but does not always work....usually very near the mornings. So u only do an RC when the criteria is met.

I would say, keep watching for dreamsigns all day. And not just for the
one's you have picked out. Watch for any kind of abnormalities, in what you are doing,
or where you are. This works very well for me!
If you do this a lot, you may not even need to notice a dreamsign to
become Lucid. You could just suddenly know you are dreaming, for
no reason! It happens to me all the time.
It may take awhile, depending on the person, but it will happen.
And if you keep at it, it will happen a lot.
Good luck

OK, my answer is completely different. I have 2 or more lucids per week. I have many dream signs
but it's a rare event that I catch any of my common dream signs.
More frequently, I simply notice something is out of place and unreasonable. Roughly speaking,
my LD induction methods are much more aligned with Tibetan dream yoga than the more
western point of view.
Do a search on Tibetan Dream Yoga + Rinpoche (he's the author of the best known book).
In my humble opinion, this is a more powerful technique. From a more western perspective, WBTB
is key - but this is encompassed in dream yoga in a more subtle way.
